The Grand 1501, college-station-tx

If you think it can't be worse, come here :) Living at Grand 1501 was extremely disappointing. The apartment had ongoing humidity, mold, and pest problems, including roaches and silverfish. These issues damaged some of my belongings and made the unit feel unhealthy to live in. I submitted maintenance requests several times, but the problems were never truly fixed. Temporary responses do not solve serious issues like mold, moisture, and insects. For the rent residents pay, this level of condition and service is unacceptable. I would not recommend Grand 1501 to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and well-managed apartment.

Moved in here about a year and a half ago and it’s a quiet complex for the most part and I enjoyed it. Fast forward to now and they switched management companies and most of the helpful faces in the office are gone. The new guy in charge of this new management, who is supposedly the regional manager, is so out of touch with everything, you can tell he’s just a corporate shill spewing his scripted responses. No answer on us getting proper mailing is my biggest issue. I’d stay away from any Conam property and don’t plan on renewing my lease again.

Move in was smooth. I applied and quickly got approved they were able to work with me in the move in date and the move in went great! Few things that need to be addressed but nothing that stops me from enjoying the apartment and it’s amenities

I would rate it 0 if I could. My fiance and I came to tour some units and the front desk worker with bangs and curly hair had the most dreadful negative attitude ever. She was rolling her eyes, tossing things on the table while we just stood there awkwardly. We started the tour and she wouldn’t even look at us when she was talking. Her attitude and poor customer service was enough for me to decide that I am not interested at all. This was the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. She genuinely acted like she hated her job.

Ms.Zameana is an excellent employee and she is always very helpful and friendly Makes living here a great experience! The new management has been good!
