The Hudson at College Station, college-station-tx

Love the Hudson such a great place and always has a cleanly vibe to it. With lower prices for apartments in northgate, the Hudson is definitely a bang for your buck! High quality for a low price!

I signed a contract last year for my son to move into the apartment and he happen to go to different college and we were told if someone would take over the lease 30 days or more we don’t have to pay the penalty. Sure enough to find student that will take over the lease 45 days prior to moving in. And then they hit me with $1145 Bill. A call to discuss charges and I was told because she broke the leaves. I have to pay one month rent plus Moore fees. I’m a call back to see if I can get a signed contract and refuse.

Love it here!! It’s not a huge complex so maintenance is really fast. I have lived at a few places on northgate and this has been my best experience so far. I like that it’s on northgate but sits further back so it’s not as loud compared to other apartments nearby but it’s still walkable to campus

Just moved in here last year and I absolutely love it! Clean hallways, maintenance is very reliable, and the staff is very kind and attentive. 100% recommend if you are trying to live off campus as we are still very close to the university!

Terrible experience. Unit was clearly not inspected prior to move in. Floors dirty, walls dirty, appliances banged up. Dishwasher had standing water, was rusty, and smelled. Luckily they replaced that day one. They refuse to clean the carpet despite clear pet stains all over. Management does nothing but deflect and try to avoid any action. Update: continuing to have a terrible experience at the Hudson and regret our daughter ever moving there. The latest is that the unit now has a scorpion(s?) stinging her roommate. Not making this up. She is on way to urgent care. Management says they can’t respond right now because “they are at an event.” Other issues all year - no security, elevators broken. Happy to comment directly and personally if people have questions.
