ANOVA Aggie Square, sacramento-ca

ANOVA Aggie Square has been great. The building is walking distance to everything on the UC Davis Medical Center Campus, is well-appointed, and has great staff. We've been particularly impressed by manager Jesus Rivas, who always handles any issues quickly and professionally. In-unit appliances and furnishings are all high quality and reliable. The building includes a beautiful game room, spacious outdoor deck, and multiple exercise rooms and study/meeting rooms. The only disappointment has been that ANOVA/GMH upper management requires residents to use a below-average middle-man vendor for utility bills. SimpleBills (owned by RealPage) costs extra money up-front, and has a history of incorrect billing, price-fixing lawsuits, and bad customer relations, which has been no exception here. As one example, SimpleBills spent months billing residents for multiple sewer lines on individual apartment units throughout the building. SimpleBills refused to address the issue, basically hiding behind an AI computer interface to tell customers that everything is set up correctly. Eventually, ANOVA staff (special thanks to Jesus Rivas) were able to reach SimpleBills management and apply enough pressure to correct that billing issue.

I’ve had a really positive experience with the property management team here, especially Jesus. He’s been consistently helpful, responsive, and professional whenever I’ve needed assistance. It really makes a difference having a property manager who genuinely cares about the residents. On top of that, all of the staff members are always so welcoming and attentive. Whether it’s answering questions or helping with requests, they go out of their way to make sure everything is handled smoothly. Overall, it’s been a great place to live thanks to such a supportive and friendly team.

Antonio is such a great worker!!! He is always willing to help us out around the apartment and do his best to fix any of our issues! We are super appreciative!! Always super fast, professional, and goes above and beyond!

Had, my car parked in their tiny little parking lot in the red because there’s no place to park your moving vehicle. And they got it towed while I was trying to help my spouse move in. cost me $500 to get it back. Avoid this place like the plague
