Vertex Apartments, tempe

I love it here! I didn’t want to live in the dorms, so I chose Vertex as my home away from home while attending school, and I’m so glad I did. Jacob and Garret have been nothing but helpful throughout the entire process, making everything from move in to settling in incredibly easy. The community is welcoming, the amenities are great, and it’s been an awesome place to call home. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here!

When I arrived the lobby was clean and smelled wonderful. A young man named Garrett helped me out with apartments and rates. He was kind and polite, cracked a few jokes which helped lighten the mood. Highly recommend asking for Garrett

Living at the Vertex has been a genuinely horrible experience. I took over someone’s lease and was told all my roommates were ok with me having a pet cat. When I moved in, the roommates told me they had no idea I was bringing a cat and one of them was so upset about it to the point I was scared she was going to harm my cat while I was gone. The leasing office told me I could change units if I was willing to pay a fee. I told them I’d pay any fee and move into literally ANY available unit even if it cost more. They completely ghosted me and did not allow me to change units. For 6 months I had to live with someone who genuinely hated my cat, causing me extreme anxiety and a very unsafe environment for my pet. This situation never should’ve happened. Why is management hiring a bunch of rude kids who don’t give a crap instead of responsible adults? Not to mention the fact the units are so overpriced it should be illegal. $1100 to live with 3 people in a shitty old apartment where the dishwasher is broken and everything is disgusting.

I have lived at Vertex the past year and I have loved it! The apartments are clean, spacious and have great ammenties. I love having the balconys and it is never too loud. The events Vertex throws are always fun and appreciate all the helpful staff at the front desk especially Carly and Jasmine. Highly recommend living at Vertex!

I’ve been going on tours for apartments for a few weeks. I was not quite impressed with Vertex until I talked to a leasing agent named Garrett. He gave me a tour of the amenities and really sold me on why I should choose vertex over all of the other complexes. I highly suggest going to Garrett! He really knows his stuff!
