The Knox Apartments, knoxville-tn

I recently toured The Knox and had a great experience. The community is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed for student living. The floor plans are nice, the amenities are well maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and well managed. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Sophia for providing an outstanding tour. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and thoroughly. She even made me a customized pin-on button when the tour was over! If you’re considering student housing in Knoxville, I would highly recommend checking out The Knox, and I’d strongly suggest asking for Sophia if possible!

We haven’t had stable internet the whole year, meaning we can’t take tests, stream, or download beyond 20mbps. This seems to be common among other residents I’ve interacted with. Very very shady leasing office, like a lot of campus student housing they will try to rug pull you here, word means nothing, I’ve had motorcycle parking suddenly revoked with a 5 hour notice after verbal permission, staff error but a 5 hour notice during finals week reflects a lot. The team are wonderful and they have a lot of nice events hosted by the building! They did an Easter egg hunt that was hilarious. Amenities are also great, Location and amenities that function might be the best on campus in terms of university partners buildings, Of course, it is managed by university partners, so expect lots of shady fines and restrictions. Better than campus advantage buildings from my experience.

I’ve really enjoyed my time living at The Knox. The staff is friendly, the location is super convenient, and the amenities are solid. The gym and coffee are my favorite parts. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Knoxville

As parents of a female college student who lived five hours away, we wanted to make sure our daughter would be safe and secure, could walk to class, had parking, had access to amenities, had great roommates, in a clean and spacious apartment, and The Knox provided all of that and more and were responsive to our every need!!! We are thankful to all the staff, especially Brian, who helped us when it was time to graduate and move on. Our daughter has great memories and friends for life and we are eternally grateful. I have been so happy with my daughter living there. She loves how close it is to campus and maintenance has been good with any issues. They have some great community events from what she tells me. She and her friends have renewed for next year. The new managers in the front office have been way more responsive and easier to deal with than the people when we originally moved her in last year.
