Canvas Tempe, tempe

I genuinely enjoyed my time living at Canvas. The community was a great place to call home, and I made a lot of good memories during my stay. Like any apartment complex, there were occasional hiccups, but overall I had a really positive experience. One thing that stood out to me was the office staff. Rose and Aspen were consistently friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. They were always willing to take the time to help and made every interaction feel easy and welcoming. I’d absolutely recommend Canvas to anyone looking for a place to live. Having people like Rose and Aspen in the office made the experience that much better, and they were a big part of why I enjoyed living here.

I’ve been a resident here for over a year and the staff is always so helpful. Every time I see Brooke and Rose at the desk I know that they will tend to any concern or need I have. They are both so friendly and attentive to all of the guests and residents!

I absolutely love it here! I have become friends with lots of the front desk workers. They are all so friendly. They always work to fix any issue you may have. Definitely much better employees and management than most other student apartments in Tempe. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin; I can hear every word my roommate says when she’s in her room. I also pay the exact same price as my roommates who have walk-in closets AND larger rooms, while I have the smallest room and the smallest closet which is not walk-in. I wish the people with bigger rooms would have to pay more. But overall, it’s been much more enjoyable living here than other Tempe student apartments. I would definitely live here again.

Stay a long way away from this complex! Do not rent here. They have been overcharging my daughter and her roommates from day one. The management, or I should say lack of, is horrible. Per a phone call Alyssa confirmed we are being overcharged, but continues to still overcharge us each month. The place is filthy, rundown and broken. They could not even clean it up for ASU family weekend. We had to use a different exit each time we left as there was human feces in one of the halls all weekend. The elevator floors were so filthy they were sticky and had the same garbage all over the floor the whole weekend. The hallway carpets are filthy and they smell. The door to come in to the building from the pool was broken so we were locked in the pool area until someone walked by, noticed us and let us in. The washing machine was broken and wasn't fixed for three weeks. Please take a look at the place yourself before you sign a lease. Ask the people in the hallways how they like it there. Canvas is so disappointing! We were planning to rent here until my daughter finishes college, but cannot wait to get her out of there in August.

I love canvas at Tempe for a couple of great reasons . First one being the beautiful view of the city and the second and most important thing is the wonderful staff members whom, are always are there when I need anything and I mean anything. The staff makes me feel super welcomed everytime I come home from work or any outing. This staff that I am speaking so highly of is rose and Brooke.
