I genuinely enjoyed my time living at Canvas. The community was a great place to call home, and I made a lot of good memories during my stay. Like any apartment complex, there were occasional hiccups, but overall I had a really positive experience. One thing that stood out to me was the office staff. Rose and Aspen were consistently friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. They were always willing to take the time to help and made every interaction feel easy and welcoming. I’d absolutely recommend Canvas to anyone looking for a place to live. Having people like Rose and Aspen in the office made the experience that much better, and they were a big part of why I enjoyed living here.

Our son just moved to his apartment and were very impressed with the excellent support and customer service we encountered. Especially a shout out to Aspen who was exceptionally helpful, who quickly fixed his door lock and took the time to make sure his key app was working before leaving us. She made us feel welcome and was one of the most positive people we’ve ever met. Thank you for your outstanding customer service, I’m confident that he will continue to be in a good hands and a great place this year. His apartment was clean, bright, modern with everything working well as expected too!

My daughter lived here for 2 years during college. The management at Canvas Tempe, Alyssa Liebeskind, was always very professional and helpful from the beginning of the lease process through the final move out process. The staff was also courteous and assisted or escalated the request if needed. Maintenance requests were handled quickly as well. Highly recommend !
