Can I live with friends?
While you are submitting your application, please specify in “Flatmate Sharing preferences” that you would like to live with friends and include their names in this section of your application. And make sure your friends also add your name to their applications and we will try to process the bookings together so that you all can live together. Can I choose my tenancy dates?
Generally the start and end dates of the tenancy agreement are fixed and standard for all students. However, we try our best to ensure that your check in date is as per your requirement.
Is it possible to move in before the actual tenancy start date?
It may be possible to move in earlier than your tenancy start date, however it varies for different properties since it is subject to availability. When making a booking with us, please mention the date you would like to move in.
I would like to book for a different tenancy period. Is that possible?

What is a tenancy agreement?
The tenancy agreement is a legally binding document between the landlord (property owner) and the tenant (student). It sets out clearly defined rules of the building and the obligations of the Landlord and Tenant. This is useful because if there are any disputes, both the Landlord and Tenant will refer to the Tenancy Agreement. You should read the document carefully before signing it and we are happy to answer any questions that you might have about the document.
