I recently moved into Pavilion Court and wanted to share my experience. Upon arrival yesterday, we unfortunately found the kitchen quite dirty, as it had been left that way by the previous tenants. However, we immediately reported it to the reception team. I must give a huge thank you to Jessie and Abu, who were incredibly helpful and professional. They took action right away to have the kitchen deep-cleaned, and it is now spotless! We are really happy with how quickly the staff resolved the issue and made us feel welcome. It’s great to know that the management is so attentive. We are looking forward to our stay here!

Abu from the maintenance team is genuinely one of the kindest and most reliable people here. He is always polite, approachable, and ready to help whenever needed. No matter how busy things get, he responds quickly and makes sure problems are handled as soon as possible. His positive attitude and constant support make a real difference, and it’s clear he truly cares about helping residents. Thank you, Abu, for always being present, professional, and supportive.

Good student accommodation! Fairly affordable in Wembley and the staff are very kind. Clinton and Maz have always helped me with any issues I’ve had and the matienence team have always been friendly and efficient. Jesse encouraged me to write this review at a recent Pizza night event! I really enjoy all the events the staff puts on as well. Overall a good accommodation for someone coming to london recently.

First of all, a STUDENT accommodation that students can’t even afford is crazy, and if you can’t pay your rent because they charge upwards of nearly £300 a week for it, you get letters threatening the bayliffs. New management have zero personality and we miss the old receptionists, also people higher up don’t seem to care about residents issues in the accommodation, they only care if you pay rent, you’re a room number not a person to them. Other things include, - Severe lack of washing machines and dryers for the amount of people living here (C block as 6 in total) - A radiator that’s as useful as my toe. - In the summer you’ll feel like you’re dying of heatstroke because the only available places with AC is reception and the gym. - New refurbishments were said to have been done in June but we are still waiting for C block social space to open. I just want to reiterate how unless you’re parents are rich you CANNOT afford to live here, I’ve had to get a full time job, max student loan whilst doing my degree and it still doesn’t cover the extortionate prices that this place charges, for quite frankly mediocre facilities.

The maintainence services are very hassle free and I particularly wanted to thank Derik from the maintenance team for his excellent work in fixing my bathroom lights. The lights are automatic and had not been working, and despite it being his first time handling this type of issue, he did an excellent job. He completed the repair quickly and efficiently, and the lights are now working perfectly. I really appreciate his positive attitude.Thank you Derik, for doing such a great job.
