I recently moved into Pavilion Court and wanted to share my experience. Upon arrival yesterday, we unfortunately found the kitchen quite dirty, as it had been left that way by the previous tenants. However, we immediately reported it to the reception team. I must give a huge thank you to Jessie and Abu, who were incredibly helpful and professional. They took action right away to have the kitchen deep-cleaned, and it is now spotless! We are really happy with how quickly the staff resolved the issue and made us feel welcome. It’s great to know that the management is so attentive. We are looking forward to our stay here!

Began the year in September thinking this was a lovely student accommodation, with facilities and a friendly sociable environment. And it was.. until the staff changed and the whole vibe with it. The staff including Maz, Nick and Jay were super (everyone talks about how much we miss them, they would host games nights and lots of fun activities for everyone) but now the only member of staff during the day who will have a conversation is Abu. I’ve gone from being known by name to retracting my rebooking. Also I have not been contacted about receiving my deposit back even though I cancelled over two months ago. Every single block has refurbishments going on so there isn’t anywhere to sit. All social spaces are closed even if they’ve been completed for 3 months so even though sitting inside your room is like a sauna the only other option is reception which is packed full of school children (I’ll come back to this) or the gym which has no seating and only has two treadmills and a couple weights. So now there is no social spaces or functioning gyms. There is also nowhere to sit outside. There is apparently summer exchange students here, which is completely fine apart from the fact there is probably 100 of them. We already had nowhere to sit inside and now we can’t sit outside because of the sheer number. Even if they’ve gone out for the day the tables and chairs are all heaped together so there’s only 1 place to sit instead of the usual 6. They are also very loud and I have been given a noise complaint for less at 8 o’clock let alone 11. I was very happy at the start of the year but since losing the facilities of social spaces (in and out), gym, a welcoming staff team and the fact they’re raising the prices I will not be rebooking and am upset at the lack of engagement or consideration for paying students who are juggling degrees and jobs while living here. Also my hob turns off after 5 minutes making cooking very tedious and the heater is so tiny I don’t think it could melt ice cream. Big thanks to Abu for always helping out with any issues we have, it is much appreciated.

I stayed at Pavilion Court, Wembley for about six months, and it was an amazing experience. Even though the commute to my university was long, the staff made it completely worth it… BUTTT To be honest Maz and Nick were the heart of the place. They genuinely cared about the residents, always had a solution for every problem, and made Pavilion Court feel like home for all of us. Unfortunately, after they left, everything changed. The atmosphere felt completely different, the place felt lifeless, and the new staff made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It honestly didn't feel like the same accommodation anymore. If Maz and Nick were still there, I would absolutely recommend Pavilion Court. Sadly, in its current state, I wouldn't book it again. Management should really reconsider their team because the staff make all the difference.

Good student accommodation! Fairly affordable in Wembley and the staff are very kind. Clinton and Maz have always helped me with any issues I’ve had and the matienence team have always been friendly and efficient. Jesse encouraged me to write this review at a recent Pizza night event! I really enjoy all the events the staff puts on as well. Overall a good accommodation for someone coming to london recently.

Great accommodation - the staff are incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. In particular, the maintenance team are very quick at resolving any issues. Special mention to Abu, who has always been especially helpful and efficient.
