I had an outstanding stay at Yugo Element Bermondsey and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in London.🥰 From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. A special thank you to Andy and Nora, whose dedication, responsiveness, and commitment to residents make a real difference. They are always approachable, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure everyone has the best possible experience. I would also like to give special recognition to Mohamed, the security officer, for his professionalism, friendliness, and respectful attitude. His presence provides a great sense of safety and comfort, and he plays an important role in creating a welcoming and secure environment for all residents. The residence itself is modern, clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located. The facilities are excellent, the common areas are enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. A big thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a positive and memorable experience. If I return to London in the future, Yugo Element Bermondsey will definitely be my first choice!!!!🥰

I really enjoyed my experience here. The rooms are comfortable, the common areas are pleasant, and the location is convenient for getting around London. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this residence to others.

​I had an amazing check-in experience, all thanks to Mohammed Shoieb from the security team. He went above and beyond by personally escorting me to my room and taking the time to explain how everything works—from the laundry and kitchen appliances to the gym facilities. His professional and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home. Huge thanks to Mohammed for his exceptional service!

The area is great: the bus station within a minute walking distance, there is a lovely park right next to the Element… you can reach nearest Sainsbury by walking in 2 minutes or Tesco in 10. The dorm is new (everything is nice and clean), rooms/studios are spacious with plentiful storage. Pictures posted by management are absolutely reliable, though rooms appear even somewhat larger in real! Being far away from home, it means a LOT having lovely people managing the building. From the day 1 with moving in, Martin was so helpful. He and Aaliyah are just amazing. No matter what the issue is they will help.
