Can I Come to Have a Look Around Before I Book?

The property would love to show you around. If you want to bring some friends or family members that’s absolutely fine too – The property just asks that you speak to the Residents’ Team in advance so they can make sure they have some rooms available to view. If you find yourself in the area and haven’t had a chance to speak to the property team you can still pop in, whilst the property might not have a room to show you the property will still be able to show you around the Residents’ Shared Spaces. The property can also offer online video viewings if you don’t live locally so let the property team know what works for you!

Can I Bring an E Scooter or E Bike with Me?

E-scooters have become a popular way to get around, but due to the fire risks associated with their batteries, not all properties are able to accommodate them. You’ll need to check directly with your chosen property to find out if e-scooters are permitted on-site and if any specific storage or charging rules will apply.

Can I Smoke/Vape?

Accepted Answer

The property is smoke free and this includes all types of E-cigarettes and Vapes. Smoking is not allowed in any private or communal area including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and all internal social spaces. Designated smoking areas can be found outside the building. If you do have an e-cigarette or Vape, please ensure that the charger conforms to British or EU safety standards, or they will be removed during room inspections. All drug use, including the use of Laughing Gas, is prohibited at the property.

What Behaviour / Conduct is Expected of Me?

The property believe all the residents want to live in a safe and clean environment where individuals respect each other, their home, and the local community. Please have a read of the Anti-Social Behaviour Policy which explains the approach to managing any anti-social behaviour that may occur.

Can I Have A Pet?
