About this property
Ask anyone who has studied in London, and they'll probably tell you the same thing: a long commute quickly becomes the most exhausting part of university life. Losing an hour on trains before lectures and another hour on the way back leaves very little time for assignments, part-time work, or simply switching off.
That routine changes at Olympic Way Wembley student accommodation. Wembley Park Station, supermarkets, cafés, study spaces, restaurants, and entertainment all fit comfortably into the same neighbourhood, so daily life feels far more manageable. Olympic Way Wembley also gives quick Underground access to different parts of London, making university travel much easier while keeping everything you regularly need close to home.
Address: 23 Olympic Way, Wembley, London HA9 0FR
The name 'Olympic Way, Wembley' is familiar to anyone who has visited Wembley Stadium. The broad pedestrian avenue links Wembley Park Underground Station with the stadium and remains busy throughout the day with local residents, office workers, visitors, and university students.
For students, that location works well because daily errands rarely involve travelling across the city. A supermarket run after class, lunch with friends, a quick gym session or an evening at Boxpark Wembley can all fit into the same afternoon without turning into another journey on the Underground.
Travel around London also stays straightforward. Wembley Park Station sits about five minutes away on foot and connects directly with central London through the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines. Baker Street, King's Cross, Finchley Road and several university areas can all be reached without complicated route changes.
The room matters, but so does everything that happens outside it. Here's what makes Olympic Way Wembley student accommodation stand out.
A five-minute walk takes you to Wembley Park Station, where the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines connect with central London and several university locations.
London Designer Outlet, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés and convenience stores all stay close enough for quick visits between lectures or before heading home.
Electricity, heating, gas, water, Wi-Fi and contents insurance all form part of the rent, making monthly expenses easier to keep track of.
Quiet study rooms, a residents' gym, shared lounges, outdoor spaces and games areas give you different places to revise, exercise or spend time away from your room.
Choose an en-suite with a shared kitchen if you'd like lower weekly costs, or pick a private studio for your own kitchen, bathroom and study space.
The room you choose usually depends on how you plan to spend your time at home.
An en-suite room works well if you enjoy sharing a kitchen while keeping your bedroom and bathroom private. A studio gives you complete independence with your own kitchenette, study area and living space. Larger double studios add extra room for anyone who prefers additional space.

Missing one train in London can easily turn a 20-minute journey into a much longer one. That's why many students check transport before choosing accommodation. Olympic Way Wembley student accommodation keeps Wembley Park Station within a short walk, making daily travel much easier for lectures, libraries, internships, and part-time work. Several universities remain well connected through direct Underground and National Rail services, so travelling across the city rarely involves complicated route changes.

I lived here for 3 years and I’m so grateful for everything. The reception team were always wonderful and helpful throughout my entire stay. Living in this accommodation was a good experience. It was pretty close to the tube by a 10 minute walk. And there’s grocery stores near by which is convenient. Also the night saftey team was very accommodating especially Julio whose very kind!

Silver fish infestation. Asked for a more private room (for health reasons) - got moved to one of rooms attached to a balcony with people kicking footballs at the window, knocking on the window and looking in (the window tint doesn't stop anyone from being able to see in). Asked to move back to my old room as this one was not private and they sent me a form to leave in response. The accom was filthy. Lived with 11 people in a 7 room flat somehow. Laundry too expensive. No parking to move in or out. Living by the stadium is not good.Terrace right outside my window was supposed to close at 10pm, but people were on it, making noise, all night. Room was boiling in the summer - if I opened my window there was no privacy at all and my room quickly filled with the smell from all the smokers on the balcony. Shower was tiny (I'm 6'6" but still) and poorly ventilated - shower screen surround was broken when I got there, reported, and never fixed.

I’ve had a great experience at Olympic Way over the past two years and would highly recommend it to new students looking for accommodation. A special thank you to Wardi, who always provides excellent customer service. He’s friendly, approachable, and always willing to help, which makes residents feel welcome and supported. If you’re moving to Olympic Way, be sure to say hello he’s one of the reasons my experience here has been so positive.
