The Junction at College Station, college-station-tx

My tour went very well!! All of the spots look just like how they do online. The cottages were clean, and we even saw what the rooms would look like when we moved in. My tour guide Emmy was also very nice, and she answered all of my questions. I signed my lease on the same day I toured the property!

My family toured lots of housing in college station for the upcoming school year, and Hana absolutely sold the junction! The housing was really nice, clean, and well priced. While we were touring, multiple custodians were actively cleaning the front entrance. Out of all the places we visited, this was the only one that had custodians consistently cleaning, which really showed how much they care about keeping the property clean and well maintained. Me and my friend loved it so much we signed a 4x4 lease! Not to mention the people were absolutely amazing; super informative and helpful!

I had a great tour with Andrea, she was very welcoming when I first entered the office and had a great attitude throughout the whole tour. She was very thorough with amenities, fees and additional premiums. Couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide :)

When I got a tour Emmy was very friendly and outgoing, making sure I felt welcome there. She was thorough and happy to answer any and all of my questions, and I could tell she makes a big effort to be very intentional with her work. Overall it was a great experience!

Lived at The Junction for a bit and was really impressed with the staff/customer service. They host community events every so often, and Emmy Harper really stood out as such a helpful employee! She really enjoys working these events and helped answer any questions I had at The Junction Crawfish Boil last April concerning some guests I brought with me. Emmy worked the merchandise booth and was very attentive in finding my t-shirt size, even amidst a high-traffic area at the event.
