Came in for a tour it was everything that was shown online and more one of the most beautiful places to live in in Gainesville. Perfect for student housing and if you ever go in, make sure Isaac is the one who gives you a tour. He knows his way around the whole place and can answer any questions. Not to mention great pricing for all the 24/7 amenities.

Overall, the complex—whether it be the pool area, the lounge, or the study space—provided a truly beautiful and peaceful environment. The apartments, which were showcased as examples of the complex's offerings, were pleasant and practical; while their condition may naturally vary depending on how students utilize them, the structure itself is quite appealing. Moreover, it is situated in a central location—within walking distance of numerous shopping centers.

I’m not one to write reviews, but if my review stops someone from living here then it’s worth it. My time at the quarters was nothing short of hell on earth. When I moved in the apartment was dirty and full of things left from serval previous tenants such as old items in the fridge, liquor bottles, laundry room items ect. Within my year of living there I experienced 2 flooded toilets which spread all the way to the front room, Circuit breaks, sink and dishwasher flooding, roaches, and worst of all a broken AC. The broken AC and heat was a problem the ENTIRE time of my residency. In the winter the unit was 50 degrees inside and in the summer it was 80. I had pets and was constantly worried about their well being while living here resulting in me having to rehome them. I called and sent maintenance request serval times about it but I’d be broken within the next week. Sometimes within a day or two. After so many problems I went to the front to ask how to get out of my renewal lease that I had signed less than two months in to my first one after urging reminder texts. They told me that there was no renewal and that I had to turn in my keys and complete a checklist by the end of the month. After turning in my keys and moving out they changed their word and stuck me to the renewal. I talked to multiple lawyers that all said I had gotten myself into a shady contract with no way out. I ended up having to pull out a personal loan of 5000 to avoid eviction and a bad record. They take advantage of young students especially ones with little to no family guidance like myself. DONT be like me. Live somewhere else.

The bare minimum seems to be their standard. Every time I put in a maintenance request I have to hunt people down. I just recently had someone come to fix my fridge for the second time and all that was done was a picture was taken. I’ve had to throw out over 300$ worth of groceries in the past two months due to the cooling not regulating right and freezing all my food that’s not even in the freezer. I’ve lived in two units. Both had a ridiculous amount of issues. They claimed to have newly renovated the place but all that was done was new floors and some paint. No new appliances. I’m over it. I’m just waiting for my lease to be up. It’s cheap but.. you get what you pay for.

I just moved into my renovated unit almost a week ago and everything is absolutely gorgeous. I had a minor issue which Tiffany came and fixed with no problem. She has helped with many of my past maintenance request as well and I’ve never had a problem. Our interactive was pretty personable and nice!
