I’ve loved living at Grandmarc for the past two years. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with great lighting, location, and the appliances are top notch along with the amazing amount of storage. The amenities, especially the fitness center and pool, are excellent, but the best part is the management team. They are always responsive, helpful, and genuinely care about residents. I highly recommend Grandmarc to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

I love staying here for school! It’s always so clean and welcoming. One day I accidentally locked myself out of my room and Spencer came and helped me out big time. He was so sweet and understanding. The other students are also amazing they respect privacy and keep their noise levels low when it gets late. 10/10 would totally recommend.

The maintenance team here really deserves recognition for the work they do. They respond quickly, are professional, and actually take the time to fix issues the right way. It’s obvious they care about keeping the property in good condition and making sure residents are taken care of. You can tell there’s a strong maintenance staff behind the scenes because things are well kept and problems don’t seem to sit unresolved for long. Good maintenance teams can be hard to find at apartment communities, and this one definitely stands out in a positive way.

The location is perfect, super close to campus and the college town locations! The process of getting my lease was super smooth thanks to Kamden! She put a lot of effort into making our experience as smooth as possible for me and my roommate. Thank you!
