The Pavilion at North Grounds Apartments, charlottesville-va

I can’t say enough great things about this apartment complex and the overall experience I’ve had here. From the moment I first reached out for information, everything was handled with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere that truly makes it feel like home. The grounds are always kept up, and you can tell management takes pride in making sure residents are comfortable and taken care of. What really sets this place apart, though, is the management—especially Haley, the leasing manager. Haley has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From the initial tour to move-in and even after, she has gone above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. She is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about residents the way she does, and it truly makes a difference. Haley made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and stress-free. She communicates clearly, follows through on everything she says, and treats you with respect and kindness every step of the way. It’s clear she takes pride in her job and values the people who live here. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place that feels safe, well-managed, and welcoming. Having someone like Haley as the leasing manager gives you peace of mind knowing you’re in good hands. This has been one of the best rental experiences I’ve had, and I’m so grateful for the level of service and care provided here.

We had a wonderful move-in experience at Pavilion! Alana was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free for my daughter as she prepares to start school this fall. This is one of the only pet friendly communities close to the Darden campus. We truly appreciate the experience, and highly recommend Pavilion!

Do not recommend this place, even though we have been fulfilling our responsibilities as tenants, regarding payments and behavior, one weekend that my daughter was out of town, and 2 weeks before the end of the contract, they entered into the unit, threw our belongings away and rent the apartment for someone else. Breaching the lease. Totally unacceptable!!! Regarding the answer of The Pavilion at North Grounds Apartments, unfortunate I have to say they are not honoring the truth. Things did not happen the way they are saying, the rented the Unit to other person while we were still tenants, and they took our things and put the in a storing place, they said the refund but until today we haven't received any refund. I do not recommend this place, at all!!! Not a serious company!!!

This an awesome place to be at its a great part of town. You have so much to do, great places to eat, shopping center right in front of you. The people that work there are awesome very professional. Haley Morris was a great help easy to work with, very responsive made my journey so much easier. Definitely recommend her at the pavilion at north grounds.

The Pavilion at North Grounds is a solid place to live, especially if you’re a UVA student. The location is super convenient for North Grounds and nearby shops and restaurants. The location and amenities make it worth considering you can still access get to campus fairly easy by the bus system.
