Great place to call home! I've lived here for over a year now, and have renewed twice already. Great maintenance, office staff, and company standards. I really like the pool area, and the package system being 24 hours. I've also used the business center a handful of times, so that's always been nice to have. Shoutout to Kolton and Braeden for always being a big help!

The apartment is well located, and the exterior areas are well maintained and visually appealing. However, the overall value does not justify the cost. Although the apartment is reasonably spacious, I began noticing a significant cockroach problem after about eight or nine months of living there. I did not have issues with maintenance, and my requests were always addressed promptly. My main frustration was a mandatory, non-negotiable $120 carpet-cleaning fee that was not explicitly stated in either the Lease Agreement or the Animal Addendum. I carefully followed all move-out and cleaning instructions, yet I was still charged this additional fee.

If you are a parent looking for a safe, honest place for your child to live, stay far away from Enclave. Management is completely dishonest, completely ignoring agreed-upon timelines, verbal confirmations, and official moving notices just to squeeze extra money out of you at departure. They do not maintain the properties well, yet they will attempt to manipulate the final ledger and ignore their own stated policies to maximize charges. Save yourself the stress, the hidden costs, and the poor management. Do not let your kids live here. If you decide to stay here, make sure that you keep good records.

Very confusing and poorly managed parking system. There are no clear signs near the parking spots indicating which ones are for visitors. The parking policy in the lease is vague, leaving too much discretion to the towing company to make money by towing cars — even if you’ve paid monthly parking fees and registered properly. The towing company comes around 3 a.m. to tow vehicles, giving residents no chance to notice or move their cars. The apartment management doesn’t send any prior warning or double-check with the towing company. Overall, it’s an inhumane and profit-driven system.

I lived here for 3 years in undergrad, and I honestly would not change my experience. First, the staff was nice and accommodating for any problems that arose. Jaden was a big help through all the years! Even one time I needed to switch apartments within a few days for safety reasons, and they were able to get me into a new unit within like 3 days with it in good shape. Second, the maintenance was great! I had hardly any problems to get things fixed, with them at one time being able to replace a washer super quick. Plus, in the spring when flooding would start to occur, the maintenance guys would go out in the rain to make sure the drains were not getting clogged. They would sometimes leave a little mess, but it was nothing super hard to clean. Third, the premises was what really sold me here. With a dog, the amount of grass they have here is lard to find anywhere else. The residents were pretty good about picking up after their dog (a few exceptions) but the grounds were always in great shape. Overall, I recommend! I stayed in 3 units while here, a 2x2 and 1bed and a 2x2 premium. Personally, I wouldn't really recommend the premium, for the price increase the unit seemed to be made in a rush. But the other units are good, however the 1 bed does seem to have more sound transfer for upstairs neighbors.
