Campus Village Apartments College Station, college-station-tx

Very nice place to live that definitely can become a home away from home, staff are friendly and the little events planned are fun! Units are clean and maintenance is quick to help and fix whatever problem may come up. The pool area is also lovely, and as it warms up is a great place to relax and enjoy some sun!

3/5 treadmills work, only 1 of the 2 stairmasters work, none of the tvs in the gym work and the iPad in the gym doesn’t work to play videos on the tv that also doesn’t work 😐 but lord forbid you pay your rent late right. AND we had no ac for 2 months in the summer with absolutely 0 updates from any single person on the staff. I literally have the receipts to prove it, I wish I could have lived somewhere else. No one cares that much about a lazy river if everything else sucks thats the only good thing about this place genuinely

I’ve lived here for 2 years and already signed on for my third. Before me, my sister lived here for a couple years in a different building. The units are so quiet, I forget I have neighbors. The staff is amazing. Maintenance team is quick to respond and so kind, shoutout to Mr. John. I highly recommend living at Campus Village.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this complex! I’ve lived here for 3 years and every time I’ve had a maintenance issue (which was rare), it was solved that same day. I’ve never encountered issues with bugs or mold. I’m only leaving because i’m graduating but if I could stay here longer I absolutely would!! The staff is always so friendly and the location is perfect. I can’t recommend campus village enough!!

We stopped by yesterday with a long list of detailed questions since both of our kids are future residents here. All of the staff was very patient and helpful but one person stood out. Taylor spent over an hour helping us measure the whole apartment and shared information about the space in her apartment and experience living there! Thank you!
