DONT LET THE EXTERIOR FOOL YOU!! lived here for a year - spacious apartment, and decent for the the price and location. YET, management is horrible. The cleaning staff are very friendly and will help after repeated requests, but do not depend on them for anything. I had piss on my toilet seat when I moved in, mold everywhere, dust on all surfaces, and a colony of roaches and a beehive outside my window which i couldnt open for a whole semester who got to stay rent free. Upon move in, maintenance only came in to clean my unit after a whole MONTH. I had to clean a strangers piss off the toilet seat myself, disinfect my apartment of roaches myself. Upon move out, I was charged $795 in random clean up, paint damage, “miscellaneous “charges. But I deep cleaned my apartment before I moved out and took pictures of everything when I moved in as well, so I was able to dispute all charges after threatening to escalate this to court. Management must believe everyone living here is rich and braindead. That aside, some positives are good study area, they dont lock rooftop door so anyone can go up, smoking does not set off any alarm, and lots of beautiful and very approachable girls by the pool during weekends and summertime.

My sister lives here, and overall it seems like a really nice place to live. The amenities are definitely one of the highlights — everything looks well maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The atmosphere around the property also feels calm and welcoming. My only real issue was that visitor parking was a bit difficult and limited at times, especially during busier hours. Other than that, it seems like a great community with a lot to offer.

i have had a great experience living at domain! the amenities are nice and well kept, the rooms and living spaces are great, and the location is close to campus! the front office staff is also nice and helpful! i will saying the parking is difficult with towing enforced strictly. i have heard varying experiences from others, but in my case i have had no major issues.

I’ve had a really good experience living at Domain Northgate. The location is perfect, especially if you’re at A&M, and the apartments themselves are nice and comfortable. One thing I really appreciate is the maintenance team—they’re always quick to respond and fix anything that comes up. It makes a big difference knowing you don’t have to stress about issues piling up. Overall, it’s been a solid place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something convenient and well-managed.

I’ve had a really good experience living at Domain Northgate. The rooms are nice, the amenities are great, and I love how close it is to campus, especially for the price. I also really like that the building has fewer units, so it never feels overly crowded. I’ve had no problems whatsoever with management or the apartment itself. The only minor downsides are that the dryer is a bit weak, so I usually have to run my laundry through a couple of cycles, and the bathtub faucet has low water pressure, which makes it take a while to fill. Construction nearby can also be loud at times. Other than those small things, everything has been perfect. Overall, it’s a great place to live if you want a good price and close proximity to campus.
