Terrible delivery system. Wi-fi has been going out on and off for days. Today, as a result of fire alarm testing from SEVEN AM TO TWELVE PM, my room’s fire alarm was set off at 7:05 am. What kind of apartment that cares about its residents sets off fire alarms at seven in the morning? Several promises were made to me, taken away, and required months of back and forth to get back. Guest parking costs $10 a night, and resident parking has been slowly pushed up the garage for nonexistent retail parkers (although I sure have seen people engaging in intimate activities). Pools require wristbands (for some reason. It’s not like the pools here are impressive). Loud construction starts early in the morning and doesn’t stop for ages. And, I’d really like to emphasize this, TERRIBLE DELIVERY SYSTEM. I shouldn’t have to wait DAYS after my package arrived to pick it up. Save your money. Live anywhere else.

I am reaching out to all past and current residents of North Point Crossing in College Station. If any of you or if you know anyone who has experienced being charged for damages that was reported during the move in process and were fraudulently charged for those damages when you moved out I look forward to speaking with you. I am experiencing the same strongarm tactics that you went through and I am not going to put up with it. I have consulted an attorney and his firm is interested talking to all parties to bring forward a Class Action Lawsuit. I have a post on Social Media and flyers at some local businesses frequented by Aggie students. Hannah Larson, Kyle Larson and Noel. I will contact you through social media.

Wish I could give it Zero Stars. Northpoint Crossing is honestly a scam in my opinion. When they give you the tour, they show you Building 1, which is the nicest and cleanest building there. They make it seem like every building looks exactly like that, but once I actually moved in, I realized how bad the rest of the complex really is. My apartment looked completely different from what they showed us during the tour. The hallways constantly smelled like trash everywhere you went, the parking garage was always full, and the elevators were constantly not working. The water pressure in the showers was terrible and the pipes would randomly make loud noises all the time. On top of that, the hallways looked unfinished and badly painted, which honestly made the place feel depressing in my opinion. Another thing they heavily advertised during the tour was all the shops and businesses in the plaza area. Once we moved in, most of them were closed. In my opinion, they sold a very misleading image of what living there would actually be like. The gym was even closed for around two weeks because of a leak. For how expensive this place is, the maintenance and overall experience were disappointing in my opinion. The only real positives were the bus stop convenience for getting to campus and that the WiFi worked decently sometimes. Other than that, I would not recommend living here at all.

My son staying here since last year and this place is so filthy! The elevator Always look so nasty and smell like trash. The hallway is very dirty full of dead bugs, spider web. Trash. Broken light and exit sign was come off the ceiling and hung unfix for months! They really need to hire better cleaner and maintenance. I feel so bad for my son that he live in the place like that. I asked him to move out this year and find somewhere better, but he thinks this apt it’s more convenient location and near campus. Hopefully the management will do better this year in cleaning and taking care of the place.

Though it has a few issues, this complex is, most of the time, not bad and fairly livable. I lived here during the entirety of my undergrad which means, that, yes, I felt satisfied enough that I renewed my lease a few times to keep living there. Pros: proximity to campus, fairly quiet (with a few exceptions, the noise is not bad in Phase 2 most of the time), lots of bike racks, next to Century Square, large gym (though I admit that some of the equipment is usually broken, there are a lot of different machines to get into shape and work different muscles), A&M bus stop, excellent pool, furnished interiors, great social events, and friendly staff. Cons: Elevator breaks occasionally for a few weeks at a time, the fire alarm has a false alarm about every month, they may give you an ADA apartment on move-in day instead of a regular floorplan (even though I didn't need it), I had to constantly use Febreeze under the bathroom sink because it had a weird smell, and the customer service is good some of the time, but other times it's... lacking. I had the air conditioner break at night during Texas summer, and I needed to use the emergency maintenance line, but it was connected to an auto-reply "robot" named Liam which would bug out and not connect me to a human. When I spoke to the staff the following day, we were told (I am genuinely curious as to why) that if we needed emergency maintenance at night and could not connect to anyone by phone that we needed to call the police. They really said that... but I'm not sure how police are supposed to fix an air conditioner, lol. They have better things to do. Regardless, we were still able to get maintenance to put a window conditioner in my apartment, but through the regular channels and not the emergency hotline. Thus, overall experience wasn't too bad, and that was the worst things got. And so, if you lease here, be prepared to advocate for yourself and negotiate when talking to staff if you have more significant issues. Overall, Northpoint had good things about it and it certainly worked for me while I was a student, but there are certainly better apartments in the world and I was glad to wash my hands and walk away after I graduated. In other words, it has a few issues, but it's a viable option close to campus and you won't spontaneously combust if you live here, lol. Though, I understand that other people had worse experiences. For reference, I lived in Building 5 from 2022-2025.
