The maintenance staff is always quick to respond whenever we need them . Willie specifically. He always fixes issues in our unit or gets us a replacement for anything that cannot be repaired. We recently had our breaker blow in the middle of the night and Willie came at 7am to fix it. The office staff is super friendly and management will work with you if you are late or behind on rent. It’s a quite beautiful property.

My first apartment experience here was honestly terrible. From the start, there were serious cleanliness and maintenance issues—cockroaches were a constant problem, and the outside areas were rarely clean. I ignored it because I was excited to live on my own. The trash situation was also inconvenient, with dumpsters placed far from the units. Inside the apartment, things didn’t improve. Every time I came home from work, the humidity inside was unbearable, making it uncomfortable to relax. The countertops looked like they were just painted to resemble granite, which felt cheap, and the overall quality of the unit reflected that. The walls were extremely thin—I could clearly hear my neighbors having normal conversations—and the floors creaked loudly with every step. Parking was another headache. Spaces were very limited and extremely tight, making it frustrating on a daily basis. One of the biggest issues I had was with the lease terms. They failed to properly communicate the required 60-day notice before moving out. I found out when I called a few days prior to my lease ending and asked if there was anything I needed to do, and initially, I was charged $2,200 because of it. I had to push back and explain that they never contacted me 5–90 days in advance as required, which eventually made the charge $1200—but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Learn from my experience and from many other similar reviews: do not make the same mistake. Save yourself the stress and just choose a different place to live.

I recently toured The Element and really liked it. The whole property was clean and looked well maintained, and the amenities were a big plus. The manager was friendly and took the time to walk me through everything and answer my questions. It definitely stands out compared to other places I’ve seen and is at the top of my list right now. I’ll be coming back in a few months to start school, so it’s definitely one I’m seriously considering.

Do not move in. They are money-hungry and have no empathy. I was originally supposed to move into this apartment the summer of 2025, but the woman who gave me the tour lied and said all units were hardwood. When my move-in day came, my unit was fully carpeted and in horrible condition (unclean, dead roaches). They ended up moving my date back because they refused to let me end my lease unless I paid $4000, even though I was misled about the unit. I finally moved in December 2025 with a 6-month lease. While I resided here, I was a full-time student working multiple jobs, so I was late in signing the 60-day notice. Because of this, they are charging me $1089 on top of ridiculous move-out fees. One of the charges is $180 because their poorly manufactured closet mirror was off track. In total, I owe this complex $1700 with 30 days to pay. Don't let the "no deposit" fool you, you will pay thousands if you forget to spackle a hole or forget to sign a paper. The costs are not worth the faux luxury they provide. The Element expects perfection at move-out because they don't actually clean the apartments themselves, as I saw with my original unit. I attached photos that show the $700 in "damages" I apparently caused.

Please listen to all the negative reviews that are written on here for this apartment complex. It is best to lease elsewhere and save yourself the trouble of having to deal with the numerous issues in this apartment complex. Our unit was flooded by a "contactor" early on in our lease, which caused damages to our personal property and the unit itself. The contractor was hired to repair the a/c unit in the unit above us but ended up triggering the fire sprinkler system during the repair when welding near the system. Flooding both the unit above us and our unit below. At the time, we were reassured that the contractor was licensed and insured, and that he would be responsible for covering the damages. To this I asked to be provided with their information, to which the property manager initially failed to provide it numerous times. The flooding took place Sept 22, I never got the contactor information until basically a month later Oct 21st. Information that only was just a phone number and first name of the contractor. It took multiple attempts of emailing and calling for her to provide us with this "information". In the end, the contractor never responded to the adjuster, never provided proof of insurance, and ultimately never paid for any of the personal damages he was determined responsible for covering. He continued to make excuses as to why he had not answered or claimed that emails were not going to his inbox. In addition to that, we were told by the property manager the damages to our unit would be properly repaired and inspected. Unfortunately, the “repairs” were poorly done and felt more like quick cosmetic fixes rather than actual remediation. For example, some sections of the ceiling that had visible water damage and bubbling were removed and painted over. (Some cracks were still left in the walls) The new paint does not match the original color, leaving obvious discoloration throughout the unit. The countertops still show visible water damage, and there was no meaningful effort made to address potential long-term issues like moisture buildup or mold. We did bring this up to the property manager and she stated she would have them comeback to fix it, they never did. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. Communication from management was very inconsistent, and the quality of repairs does not reflect what any tenants should reasonably expect. Please sign elsewhere if you can, it is not worth the stress or the risk of dealing with a similar situation.
