The maintenance staff is always quick to respond whenever we need them . Willie specifically. He always fixes issues in our unit or gets us a replacement for anything that cannot be repaired. We recently had our breaker blow in the middle of the night and Willie came at 7am to fix it. The office staff is super friendly and management will work with you if you are late or behind on rent. It’s a quite beautiful property.

My first apartment experience here was honestly terrible. From the start, there were serious cleanliness and maintenance issues—cockroaches were a constant problem, and the outside areas were rarely clean. I ignored it because I was excited to live on my own. The trash situation was also inconvenient, with dumpsters placed far from the units. Inside the apartment, things didn’t improve. Every time I came home from work, the humidity inside was unbearable, making it uncomfortable to relax. The countertops looked like they were just painted to resemble granite, which felt cheap, and the overall quality of the unit reflected that. The walls were extremely thin—I could clearly hear my neighbors having normal conversations—and the floors creaked loudly with every step. Parking was another headache. Spaces were very limited and extremely tight, making it frustrating on a daily basis. One of the biggest issues I had was with the lease terms. They failed to properly communicate the required 60-day notice before moving out. I found out when I called a few days prior to my lease ending and asked if there was anything I needed to do, and initially, I was charged $2,200 because of it. I had to push back and explain that they never contacted me 5–90 days in advance as required, which eventually made the charge $1200—but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Learn from my experience and from many other similar reviews: do not make the same mistake. Save yourself the stress and just choose a different place to live.

I recently toured The Element and really liked it. The whole property was clean and looked well maintained, and the amenities were a big plus. The manager was friendly and took the time to walk me through everything and answer my questions. It definitely stands out compared to other places I’ve seen and is at the top of my list right now. I’ll be coming back in a few months to start school, so it’s definitely one I’m seriously considering.

Never in my life have I had a worse experience with an apartment complex than I did with The Elements Apartments. When we first applied, we specifically requested a unit with no carpet. Because we were moving from out of town, we couldn’t tour the apartment in person and trusted that our request would be honored. To our surprise, we were given an apartment that was fully carpeted—except for the kitchen and bathroom. We chose not to complain and decided to make the best of it. Upon moving in, I immediately noticed the unit was filled with dust and strange stains. No matter how much I cleaned, nothing looked or felt clean. A couple of nights after moving in, at around 1 a.m., I was jolted awake by someone upstairs yelling, “Please stop!” I called the police, who arrived quickly. Apparently, there had been a domestic dispute above us, and things eventually de-escalated. I hoped it was a one‑time incident, but it became a pattern—constant yelling, loud stomping, and extremely loud music at all hours. On top of that, the hallways often smelled like marijuana, and the neighbors had dogs that were not listed on their lease (information the property manager confirmed to me). All of this disrupted our home and bothered my baby. Some nights, the noise woke us up repeatedly. We made multiple reports to the property manager and even filed three police reports. All we received in return were false promises and empty sympathy. My husband and I felt completely unheard and unseen by management. More importantly, we no longer felt safe living there. I sent two emails to the property manager and never received a response. Because of the ongoing safety concerns, we ultimately decided to break our lease. Instead of acknowledging the situation, the complex sent our account to collections, and now we owe a ridiculous amount of money. Meanwhile, the neighbors—who had multiple violations—were never removed. We were the ones harmed, yet we were the ones punished. At your discretion, be aware: if you ever find yourself in a similar situation at this complex, you may end up facing the same unfair outcome.

Love the team here I’ve never had a problem with anything. Jack is new here and has been on top of everything when we see him he’s never on his phone and always is hard working. My kids love the basketball court and the volleyball court as well.
