Such a great experience at their leasing office! I came in with a couple questions and Jason & Nandana were so kind + informative! They also have lots of great goodies + perks for their future residents. They made me super excited for move in !

We recently worked with the team at Aspire Reserve while securing housing for our son, and the experience was excellent. The first team member we met with was fantastic and very helpful in walking us through the “property visuals” and answering our initial questions. We decided to step out for lunch to think everything over and talk through a few additional questions we had. When we returned, we had the pleasure of working with Katherine, and she was absolutely wonderful. Katherine was warm, professional, and incredibly patient with us. She took the time to answer every question thoughtfully and really listened to what was important to our family when it comes to a positive living environment for our son. After spending quite a bit of time speaking with Katherine and feeling confident in the information she provided, we ended up signing on the spot. While our son has not moved in yet and the property is still being built, the design plans and visuals for Aspire Reserve look beautiful, modern, and clearly thoughtfully planned with students in mind. Katherine truly made the experience stand out. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and reassuring. Aspire Reserve is very fortunate to have her representing their community. We would absolutely recommend working with Katherine if you are considering Aspire Reserve in College Station.

I rarely write reviews, but I couldn’t stop myself from leaving one for this place. From the moment I walked in to the end of the tour, I already knew this was going to be my next home. the moment I walked in , I was greeted with beautiful smiles and I felt more than welcomed , it gave " welcome to your new home " vibes . I currently live off campus and needed somewhere closer due to temporary transportation issues, and I’m so glad I found this community. Jason was absolutely amazing truly a sweetheart. He answered every question I had and took the time to explain everything in depth. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t rush the tour or pressure me to sign. Instead, he walked me through the layout, the foundation, and even the story behind the designs and names of the spaces, which completely blew me away. By the end of the tour, I knew I would feel safe and comfortable living here. My parents absolutely loved it as well, and less than three days after discussing it with them, I signed the lease. The lease signing process was very easy and they helped me in ever way possible and made sure I left satisfied I can’t wait to call this place home in August!
