My second review!! Months later I am still happy that I chose Polo Club as my residence! In the past I spoke about the maintenance team, especially Juan, for always getting the job done! But this time I want to tell you all about one of the newest members of our leasing office - CLAYTON! Clayton really does his best to go above and beyond for residents and does it with such a pleasant demeanor! Once again, still happy with my stay! Diamond Ferguson

My stay at Polo Club has been fantastic. All of the maintenance people have been awesome (shoutout Juan), and the amenities are good. My only gripes are that it’s kinda far from campus and our fridge makes weird tasting ice, but overall it’s been a great time living here!

i've been living at the Polo Club Athens student apartments for just about a year and overall i've enjoyed living here. maintence here is espically good, anytime me or my room mate has put in a request for maintence it is usually been addressed in less then 24 hours or even the same day the request was put in, i've seen a few reviews talk about the internet being an issue but personally i've had very few issues with it in my apartment. Getting onto the UGA campus is also fairly convient with the athens transit bus comes at around the same time every hour aswell as having a UGA bus stop nearby.

I truly believe that I made the right choice by settling in at Polo Club. The leasing team has great customer service, especially Sue and Chelsey. And the maintenance team really takes care of the residents - Juan is the best!

I’ve had a really great experience living at Polo Club! The location is honestly one of the best parts, it’s super convenient and makes getting around so easy. The apartments themselves are nice and comfortable, and it really feels like a great place to call home. What truly stands out, though, is the staff. Juan and Nacho from maintenance are absolutely amazing, they’re always quick to respond, super reliable, and genuinely willing to help with anything and everything. It makes such a difference knowing you can count on them. Chelsea in the leasing office is also wonderful. She’s always kind, welcoming, and very helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Overall, Polo Club has been a positive experience, and it’s the people here who really make it special!
