Archer Apartments, athens-ga

I recently took a tour of Archer Apartments and had an amazing experience, all thanks to Madison! She was so welcoming, knew absolutely everything about the property, and made the whole vibe feel like home. If you're looking for a place here, definitely ask for Madison. She's the best!

We had a fantastic tour with Madison today. She did a wonderful job of explaining all the details about the apartments and the community. She answered all of our questions and concerns and was very helpful and professional. We were very impressed with her ability and understanding of the importance of our situation.

The Archer pool is top notch! The staff is so sweet! Love Cindy, Abigail and Dylan and the events they plan! 🤩

I absolutely made best decision choosing Archer, from the time I entered club house sat down the two that helped me was very fast answered my questions in correct way very nice very fast the best part was both individuals helped me through my applying process they both even helped me navigate website and application process absolutely great service, I was approved in no time, once tour was done I was impressed, moved in got all services done quickly love the fact the maintaince moves fast on any issues, thr staff follows up on everything, I love the neighborhood is very quiet and clean. I feel very safe here. TY ARCHER STAFF ALSO Huge thank you to Abigail and Cindy they are super nice and big help to me . I am to this review 2 months later now living here I will honestly say I love the staff here they are just doing to manage facility my experience has still been great I find it safe the only issue I have is tenants need to be more responsible as a community and make sure they are empting trash in the dumpsters provided, I live near dumpsters they are not over filled to not simply put trash inside not outside that takes the effort of human beings that keeps the community clean, The office staff are great they have alwsys been responsive to me and help any time I need they do their parts it takes us as tenants and a community to make it great as well, The community is always doing community activities involving the tenants.

I came for a tour and actually liked the place a lot. It was nice on the inside and the environment wasn’t too loud. My boyfriend and I were given a tour by a lady named Cindy who was very nice and clear. We are students and I think Archer will be the place for us because it is at a good price point and is not too far from campus.
