Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. I'm writing this because I lived here and had an absolutely miserable experience, and people deserve to know the truth before signing a lease. Let's start with the money. The rent is already overpriced for how far it sits from campus, and then they pile on extra fees that add up fast. I paid for a parking pass every single month without fail — and still got towed. My sticker had fallen off my car and instead of any grace or common sense, I came out to find my car gone. $400 out of pocket to get it back, on top of the monthly parking fee I had already paid. I brought this to management and they did absolutely nothing. No refund, no apology, no accountability. And don't trust the 5-star reviews. Management hands out gift cards in exchange for positive ratings, so that inflated score means nothing. The unit itself looks nice on a tour — that's exactly how they reel you in. Don't fall for it.

The amenities are the only reason I'm giving this property any stars. The gym, pool, and resident events are genuinely nice. That said, I'd take the Google reviews with a grain of salt, management regularly offers free food and merchandise in exchange for residents leaving 5-star reviews. For a building that's relatively new, the number of problems we experienced was unbelievable. My bedroom fan didn't work for almost a year, a pipe burst and flooded our kitchen, the kitchen blinds never worked properly, the bathroom had poor ventilation that led to mold issues, the garbage disposal constantly broke, the microwave had to be replaced, and faulty electrical wiring in my room damaged three of my electronic devices, costing me thousands of dollars. The building also felt rushed from the start. Construction delays forced me to live in a hotel for weeks before move-in, and much of the trim and doors already had peeling and chipped paint when we moved in. Another frustrating experience was being placed with a random roommate who posed a documented safety risk to herself and the rest of us. Despite providing management with documentation, they refused to relocate anyone. The property also has a recurring problem with dog waste being left throughout the grounds, creating unpleasant smells. I'm not the only resident who's had these concerns. Multiple friends have chosen to move out because of the constant maintenance issues and management's lack of responsiveness. The amenities are great, but they don't make up for the repeated maintenance problems and resident concerns. I'd rather see management focus on addressing those issues than encouraging 5-star reviews with free food and merchandise.

We had a fantastic tour today with Lihi. She was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions and concerns. She gave us all the details about the apartments and the community. She was so nice and kind and took her time with us. We were so impressed with her professionalism.

I have felt both disregarded and disrespected by the staff here. On the day of move in my unit was filthy and my work orders to fix holes, missing paint, and other small things was completely ignored. Twice. I have revived disrespectful messages regarding an issue with a pet that felt utterly humiliating. I had issues regarding my account charges almost every month and have constantly felt like the approaches to my issues were not handled the way they should have. I had to ask for human decency when being approached with an issue that had already been handled. Outside of issues with the unit itself has been with the staff. On top of that, the shuttle is incredibly unreliable. They tell you to communicate issues and half the time they act like they can’t do anything about it, take your money, or disregard it with a rude attitude. The longer I live here, the worse my experience gets. My key doesn’t work to get in any of the amenities, I barely ever get emails about my packages being delivered, and NO ONE IS EVER AT THE FRONT DESK. I was looking for somewhere fairly affordable with a healthy and supportive management but the management is terrible and the affordability is a mask until your utility and any other charges on your bill add up. This place is nice so it’s extremely unfortunate when there are SO many issues all the time. I wouldn’t be writing this review if I had received better care and respect as a paying resident. Find somewhere else.

Jenna and Kyndal who both work the front desk are very welcoming, friendly, and understanding! We were able to fill out applications with ease due to their patience and great service skills!
