Accolade Athens has been great to work with. We are a current landscape vendor for the property, and our experience with Greystar has been excellent. The team runs a very well-managed community, and it would be a great place to live. Ms. Jenny, the property manager, is outstanding—she is extremely responsive, always professional, and consistently kind and helpful. It makes a big difference working with someone who communicates so well and truly cares about the property. Highly recommend!

The Accolade is great! The property manager, Jenny, is an absolute delight to work with, and she has always done whatever necessary to help me with any issues. Drew and Katie are also very kind and helpful. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living at the Accolade, and it has truly become my home away from home. I feel safe and comfortable in this apartment which is a big plus. All of my maintenance requests have also been completed in a very timely manner. I could not recommend the Accolade enough!

I came by with a couple of friends of mine a few days ago and toured Accolade and LOVED it! The leasing manager Katie gave me the tour and she was so nice and friendly! We met the Managers Drew & Jenny right before we left, also, and they answered all of my questions. I am excited for Accolade next year!

We had a great experience working with Jenny at Accolades. She was knowledgeable and great to work with. Apartment hunting with 4 young adult men is not easy, but Jenny made it stress free and actually quite fun! We signed our lease!
