4 Bedroom House at 75, West Parade, lincoln

I spent three years out of my four living in Brayford Quays and it was the perfect place for me. The staff were amazing, Carys and Leslie were absolute gems and they were always there if I needed a chat about payments, moving dates and general chit chat. They even emailed me when I had parcels delivered and went the extra with everything they did. I had two different rooms and they were terrific. My first room was huge and was perfect for first year! Third year and Masters I had a Brayford view room and it was was perfect. Although it was slightly smaller, the views made up for it.

My daughter loves it here, she has had a few issues however the majority of the staff go above and beyond and don't just provide student accommodation, they are really supportive too. My daughter has been their almost 3 years and knew after the first she wanted to go back to Brayford Quay and has been there since. I would highly recommend!

Brayford Quay by Homes for Students is a fantastic accommodation option for anyone studying in Lincoln. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any queries or concerns, which makes settling in so much easier. The rooms are well-designed, comfortable, and offer everything you need for student life, including plenty of space and good facilities. Considering the prime location by the Brayford waterfront and the quality of the accommodation, the pricing is very reasonable. It’s a great place to live, study, and enjoy student life to the fullest. Highly recommend!

The best student accommodation in Lincoln for price and quality. The flats and studios in Brayford Quay are excellent quality and if anything goes wrong or breaks the team are there to fix it quickly and efficiently. As for the team, Lesley and the rest of the team are amazing! Never had an issue with anyone and they are very friendly and accommodating. Due to rent being late because of student finance and COVID they were understanding and made me feel at ease by ensuring me it was not an issue. Thank you to Lesley and the team for making the two years I lived there feel like home. :)

I currently live here in a normal studio and am loving it! The last year and a bit have been great, I have plenty of space for all my bits and bobs, and the reception staff are lovely and always on hand to help with anything. Any maintenance issues always get sorted very quickly, and it is only a short walk to the University of Lincoln campus which is great. Only downside is major supermarkets are a bit of a walk, but good for exercise I guess haha.
