Great location, close to all amenities. I hope they give out some kind of discount to students that rebook, as Its a little upsetting that it hasn't been offered previously. Staff are friendly supportive and always willing to help. Events throughout the year are good, however need more planning. All areas are clean and tidy and well maintained. The common area in the lobby is lovely to come spend time with friends and family visiting, however with work calls held can make it less inviting Security is great, glad to have it, however some members could be more approachable

I moved to this accommodation in September, and am planning to rebook for the 2026-27 period. The staff here are inviting and approachable, always on standby to assist you with any matter. The facilities, including the communal areas are great, providing a sense of community for everyone through varied events or just in general.

This is a great place to live, it’s super close to the university and staff are always around to help. The Byrd studio is a nice size and is great for those who don’t want to share kitchen/bathroom areas. Would recommend 👍🏻

Very well kept rooms and social spaces. Continuous events for anyone interested and students can have an input to what events they’d like to have. Super supportive staff and students. Overall, very good :)

There was only 1 positive thing about living here, that the staff was lovely, other than that it was terrible. The lift broke down countless times for long durations and the water was turned off multiple times during the year. The wifi disconnected constantly (and there’s terrible signal so you can’t even use mobile data); there’s not enough freezer and fridge space for the amount of people in the flat; almost every door slams loudly when you close it; the lighting in the rooms is WAY too dim i could barely see without my own lamp. They also replaced the shower head shoddily midway through the year which makes it so every time i turn the shower on the head turns on its own and sprays me directly in the face. Overall i was terribly disappointed living here and wouldn’t recommend, too many problems.

Unfortunately, you are committed under the licence agreement to pay the full rent, however if you decide you want to leave early please tell the managers of your site asap. We may have a waiting list of people that would like to take over your licence agreement which would then relinquish you from your contract. If you find a new Licensee, we'll let you out of your agreement from the day they move in, and refund you any unused rent that you've paid in advance. We cannot refund your rent until you have found someone to take over your licence agreement, their booking is confirmed and they have paid the first instalment of their rent.
