It’s the sanctuary for the international student like me since late 2019. Situated in Leith walk, this private student apartment provides gym, common room and study area offering the gate to nearby restaurants and malls in Edinburgh. The bus stop to the old town or other areas are flexible. The staffs here are wonderful and there is a major improvement until nowadays. The rental rates climbed every year well it happens with all flats in Edinburgh. If you want to a tranquil and safe place for staying in Edinburgh, feel free to explore this option as well :)

Ideal living space as a mature student at Edinburgh. I love the area and its not too far of a walk to campus. The are so many places to eat and smaller grocery shops I can go to other than Tesco or Sainsbury's. My favourite thing is the coffee shops that are less than a 2 min walk from the apartment where I can study. I got a ground floor studio and it has enough space where I don't feel crowded with all my things. Kitchen is decent with enough storage for pots and pans. I really love that it's quiet at night and I don't have to worry about major events taking place right outside my apartment. It's also an ideal location for public transport. The tram stops right outside the apartments which can take you straight to the airport and all around Edinburgh. Really great spot, happy that I found this place!
