the rooms were fine although my shower had a leak and there were patches of paint on the wall that were a different shade to the wall colour. they are very unresponsive. i’ve been calling them multiple times a day for the past week and they’ve never picked up. i’ve had to change important plans because they are not picking up and it’s urgent. ultimately even though the place is nice i don’t think it’s worth the money because if things go wrong, in my experience, they don’t help at all.

It was a great experience. Easy access to the building, all very clean and good location with access to transport. I visited from Mexico :)

Living at Nortons has honestly been amazing! The building itself is super modern, with large rooms and really nice communal spaces that make it feel more like a fancy hotel than student accommodation. Plus, the location is ideal—it’s close to everything, so getting to uni or just meeting friends is really easy. But what’s made the biggest difference for me is Devon, the accommodation manager. From the moment I moved in, she was so welcoming and helpful, making sure everything was sorted and that I felt at home. Anytime there’s been a problem, Devon’s been on it straight away and always goes the extra mile for everyone. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the students living here. Big shout out to Devon for making this place feel like a real home away from home!
