An amazing place to stay, nice, tidy, lovely staff! Cannot recommend enough! Of course if you are after Hilton standards, then check for other options! Very comfy sleeping, fluffy new pillows and duvets. Good location in charming Edinburgh! If any issues - reported - communicated -dealt with right after. Thank you and will be returning.

I know some people who stayed here and they would complain about it incessantly. My boyfriend lived here and I stayed a few nights with him. The place makes you depressed just walking into it. As you enter you go down these dark, decrepit stairs accompanied by a horrific stench (thank god he had a good diffuser). It feels as if you’ve just entered a dungeon. Then you enter the room, opening the creaky door which if not pushed closed will slowly and loudly slam itself shut after a few minutes. The build quality of the place is horrendous and feels as if a few children have glued some pieces of plywood together. The bed feels as if it has no support in it at all and there is no noise suppression from other rooms. The kitchen was disgusting and gross and had this weird feeling as if something sinister and taken place in it beforehand. The bathroom felt like that of a medieval dungeon and the shower as well. The other people who live in the flat were disgusting and had no concept of cleanliness whatsoever, leaving communal areas such as the kitchen space with sticky floors strewn with bottle caps and other disgusting items. I believe these people would make more money if they just fully committed to making it the new Edinburgh dungeons and went all the way. They already basically have it.

Meadows Court has been a great place to live during this academic year. The location is really convenient, especially for getting to campus, and the overall environment is quiet and student-friendly. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and any issues were handled promptly by management. Overall, it’s been a positive experience and I’d definitely recommend it to other students.

Good quality accomodation which is very close to the university, with good bus links and shops. The study room is a nice joint space in the accomodation and the staff organise lots of events in there. Walls are a bit thin but other than that it is a great place for private student accomodation with decent prices.

I’ve had a genuinely fantastic experience living at CRM Meadow Court. From the moment I moved in, it felt like a welcoming and supportive place to live. The location is absolutely perfect — it’s just a short walk to the University of Edinburgh and close to the city centre, so getting to lectures, cafés, shops, and the Meadows park is incredibly convenient. The accommodation itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and really designed with students in mind. My room had everything I needed to study and relax, and the shared kitchen and living spaces made it easy to socialise with flatmates and meet new people. The communal areas like the study rooms and lounge are great for working or hanging out after a long day. One thing that really stood out to me was the staff and management team. They’re incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to help if you have any questions or need assistance. It makes a big difference knowing there’s always someone available and that the building is safe and secure. Overall, Meadow Court has been an amazing place to live during my time in Edinburgh. It has the perfect balance of convenience, community, and comfort. I’d highly recommend it to any student looking for a friendly and well-located place to call home.
