Very well located, cool prices, and nice staff. All you need to spend à feed days in the Capital. The common kitchen is great to cook and share a meal.

Friendly and helpful staff, compact but functional room which was fine for a one night stay and great value compared to other property in Edinburgh. A short walk from city centre (~15 mins) and easy access at all times using fob - no hassle with keys/night security. Was pleased that bedding and towels were provided considering this was student accommodation. On the downside, the early checkout of 10 am and no opportunity to extend was inconvenient for me. It would've been nice to have a small TV in the room and cups/glasses for water, although there was a shared kitchen/living room to use.

Spent 2 years here.. What a gem among numerous student accommodations in Edinburgh really, and imagine you get a room with clear canal view.(credit to large windows) For those who would like to explore more areas of Edinburgh, this is perfect and I strongly suggest cycling. Very friendly team, fast wifi and secure parcel handling. There will also be frequent social events. Staff:5 Location:4 Comfort:5 Facilities:3 Value:5 P.S. the area currently will be under regeneration for some time, good luck with it. And I do take the opportunity to thanks the staff team again.
