Elvet Studios offers 112 luxury studio apartments, purpose built for students in top conditions. Perfectly located just minutes away from Durham University, Ustinov College and the city centre, with stunning views over the University Racecourse & riverbanks, there is simply nothing else of it’s kind. Wheares most of the priviate housings are much further away and require a bus or taxi ride to the campus. Elvet Studios offers No Place, No Pay which means that if your university cancels your course, or you don’t get a place, you can cancel your booking for free, and No Visa, No Pay which means if you don’t get your Visa, you can cancel your booking for free.
