Our student accommodation in Newcastle upon Tyne has located just a 15-minute walk from all the action in the city center, so you’ll never be far from a good time whether it’s experiencing the Geordie nightlife or getting some retail therapy on the high streets. Our property is also ideally located just a 12-minute walk from Manors train station and Manors metro station, so you’ll have easy access to public transport if you want to go on any trips.

Choose from shared ensuites where you will have your own bedroom and ensuite, whilst still reaping the benefits of a communal kitchen and living space. If you’d rather have more space to yourself then choose our studio rooms which come fully equipped with a private kitchen and bathroom space. Don’t worry, if you still want to socialize then we have ping pong for fun or the cinema room where you can watch a film and meet new people and a games room with pool and foosball tables. After playing a few games and getting out your competitiveness, why not take a stroll to the private courtyard and relax? It can’t get much better than that, can it?!

Well, we also have a communal study room so you can focus on any important work or focus on group projects with others. Let's not forget, that you can whip up a storm in our private dining room, so if you have a special occasion coming up or just want to show off your skills then you can book one of our kitchen rooms!
