Home away from home. Clean. Fresh. Modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. Perfect location. So close to Cardiff City and Train and Bus Stations.

I stayed here from 2021-2022. Rooms are quite spacious and the bathrooms are of good size as well. Kitchens too are large enough for 5 people. The staff are very helpful and will do everything to make your life easy. All of our maintenance issues were solved within a day. Heating works well and so does the WiFi. There are few issues though, there is no place for socialising, the common room near the reception can't even hold 10 people. Secondly, the laundry is quite expensive, you will be charged separately for washing and drying. Note: Only Block A has elevator while block B, C, D, E does not.

Dean and the housekeeping team were absolutely amazing and so helpful, rosy and caitlin the whole lot really made a difference in our experience here and helped tidy so much. Couldn’t ask for a better accommodation :)
