Zenith, cardiff

Zenith Cardiff, presents such an elevated space for students. My daughter lived in Zenith for 3+ years, moving in with assistance from staff, round the clock staffed reception (including security from early evening into the early morning). Full gym facilities to help decompress, study area on the mezzanine to use and study rooms to book for privacy. The ground floor also has a projection screen and seating area for movie nights, with additional sofa seating to just relax and chill. The basketball court another great space included, karaoke room and rooftop - are all areas well worth the accommodation price (as it’s all included in). Management - Sinead is beyond professional, always hands on deck to assist with anything from general welfare, to the tenancy/living space alongside her team - particularly Dan whom were both fantastic in familiarising themselves with my daughter and needs throughout her stay. Bonus points Zenith for showing appreciation for the various cultures, events and celebrations ie; Chinese new year, Christmas, Diwali/Eid etc - with free gifts to enjoy. And the daily breakfast ‘grab and go’ of juice, waffles, fruit to keep the students going. In all honesty, unlike many of the Uni accommodations in Cardiff there is no other building that houses the amount of additional ‘free’ facilities as Zenith does; the space, round clock reception staff (and security), where it is located is primal for all the Uni’s and colleges, into town shopping centre/restaurants, Cardiff Central Station. Top class facility for a student looking for a do-it-all accommodation. Great location, especially for USW and getting into the centre of town or to the train station. Rooms are compact but great views and there are open areas on other floors where group gatherings can take place. The staff are top quality too! Lovely, caring people with great knowledge of these facilities and caring for their residents. Security is excellent too! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I been living at Zenith for 2 and a half years and everything has been fantastic. The facilities are great and location is perfect but what makes this place feel like home is how friendly and helpful every member of the staff is. They will do everything they can to make your staying comfortable and always with a smile on their faces! Thank you guys ❤️

Zenith is a great accommodation if not the best. Staff is really friendly and they will help you with anything you need. Facilities are really good and they have a basketball court!!!!! Also free yoga class on Tuesdays!!

It’s the best accommodation I’ve ever lived in. The rooftop terrace is my best spot in the building, it’s got such an incredible view especially at night! The reception staff are also really friendly.
