Do NOT BOOK!! Currently staying and the rooms are tiny with small desks and barely any space for storage. Toilets are average size but the extract fan does not work so unable to use the toilet. The accommodation has been making excuses on why it’s not fixed since September but they clearly do not care. No events hosted by the accommodation and you don’t get anything back for the price u pay.

My daughter had her first year here, the accommodation is fine and secure and reception always on hand. She didn't report any major issues and seemed to enjoy her first year here so would recommend it. I would take your own cleaning products though as it needs a bit of a clean when you arrive before unpacking (they do clean but not that well). The mattresses aren't that comfortable so I advise you buy a decent mattress topper! Other than that, Asda is close by, all amenities are near and most students invest in an airfryer!

I am currently living in this Accommodation. The most helpful aspect of being here is that the reception is open 24/7 so it makes me feel safe. Most of the staff are friendly and easy to approach. Rooms are compact and the vicinity to Bournemouth Gateway Building and the bus stop taking to Talbot campus is very good.

Very overpriced, small bare-boned bedroom, toilet too close to wall/sink, kitchen is ok but crowded for 7 people. Not worth the £540~ a month (£130~ a week!) for a tiny bedroom, corridor and kitchen. Services are bad too; you have to pay to do your laundry. Please go to a different accomodation or get a house for even cheaper and way better living quarters.

awful for the money. The rooms are run down, kitchen is full of bugs since we arrived. kitchen extractor fans are not hooked up outside on any floor, and just blow smoke around the room. Silver fish in my bed. and only one out of the two elevators work.
