About this property
Some student accommodation is chosen because it's close to campus. Some because it's affordable. Others because it comes with impressive facilities. St Peter's Hall Bournemouth manages to combine all three without feeling like a property that exists only on a brochure.
Located a short distance from Bournemouth's universities, transport links and town centre, the residence gives students the independence of studio living while keeping the rest of the city within easy reach. Whether you're grabbing groceries before heading to lectures, spending an afternoon in the Lower Gardens or catching a train home for the weekend, getting around is straightforward.
For students searching for St Peter's Hall - student accommodation, the property offers a practical mix of private living, modern facilities and a central location that continues to be useful long after Freshers' Week is over.
Every student arrives at university with different expectations. Some already know they'll spend most evenings in the library. Others want accommodation that gives them space to cook, study and unwind without sharing essential facilities.
That's exactly what St Peter's Hall Bournemouth has been designed around.
Instead of shared apartments, the residence consists entirely of self-contained studios. Every resident has their own bathroom, kitchenette, study area and sleeping space, allowing them to develop a routine that suits their lifestyle. For many students, that extra privacy becomes increasingly valuable as coursework, assignments and exams begin to fill the academic calendar.
Choosing St Peter's Hall - student accommodation also means living somewhere that extends beyond your own room. The cinema room, games room, common room and private dining space encourage residents to socialise whenever they want, while still allowing everyone to return to a completely private living space afterwards.
Support is available throughout the year as well. On-site management, secure access systems and maintenance services help create an environment where students can focus on university instead of worrying about day-to-day accommodation issues.

Waiting for university decisions can be stressful enough without also trying to organise somewhere to live. Once your place is confirmed through Clearing, finding accommodation usually becomes the next priority, especially in a student city like Bournemouth where availability changes quickly before the start of term.
If you're considering St Peter's Hall Bournemouth, you'll have a range of studio options to choose from instead of a single room type. That flexibility makes the residence suitable for different budgets and living preferences, whether you're moving away from home for the first time, joining Bournemouth as an international student or beginning a postgraduate course.
Another advantage of St Peter's Hall - student accommodation is that everything is ready from the day you arrive. Studios are fully furnished, utility bills are included within the rent and high-speed Wi-Fi is already available, allowing you to focus on settling into university rather than arranging household services.
If you're applying through Clearing, checking room availability as early as possible is recommended, particularly if you're interested in one of the larger studio categories or the sea-view penthouse.
One of the biggest benefits of living at St Peter's Hall Bournemouth is that travelling across the town is straightforward, whether you're heading to lectures, meeting friends or planning a trip outside the area.

Absolutely lovely staff shout out to Hannah and Lisa! Absolutely amazing women. The building itself is always spotless not faults at all. Loved staying here.

I've been living here for two years now and I must say by far it's probably the best accommodation I've lived in in Bournemouth. The staff is really friendly, the manager Chris will always do his absolute best to accommodate our needs, and Hannah is an absolute sweetheart. The facilities are great, and the building is always clean. The location is possibly it's winning feature, right in town centre with a bus stop right outside the door. I dont usually leave reviews, but I'd definitely recommend this place.
Hannah
Great accommodation and facilities, staff are amazing...always happy to help if needed. Added bonus...its a 2 minute walk to the beach.
Karsten E
Lovely building located in a great area, in the epicentre of bournemouth with the town and beach in walking distance. Friendly staff who look after us, keep the building clean and functional and host fun events. The rooms are cosy and have had no issues, my favourite accommodation in Bournemouth after my 3 years here.
