I moved into a 4 bed 4 bath apartment my second year at RIT and now Im in a studio. Through my time there I have had very few complaints because its a very good place for me to live. I walk to campus every day, but the shuttle comes at regular intervals. The gym is nice; it doesn't get too crowded but it's not gigantic so if there are a handful of people there it can feel like you don't have access to equipment even if it only takes like 5 minutes to wait your turn. The staff is great; I get a lot of packages from them and have only ever had one issue over the years so I'm very happy with their service. My only gripe is the price. It is comparable to other student-oriented housing in the area, but I think the value for the money can be point of contention. For me the biggest perk is the distance to campus so I'm fine paying for that convivence, others might disagree.

Great place to live- my son has been living here for almost 3 years now while attending RIT . Not only are the the rooms and facilities clean and well appointed ,most of all the staff is absolutely great very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a safe clean & affordable place to stay in Rochester!

I came in for a tour and the management was so welcoming. The property looked well kept & maintained. My favorite part was the decorated model unit; it’s so cozy & aesthetically pleasing. My tour guide was super knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend 👍

Please never stay at this place if you don't want to be scammed especially with electricity bills. I paid nearly 300 dollars for 2 months electricity for 1 bed 1 bath. Think about that. Its crazy and I won't recommend that. I would suggest they should disclose this to anybody coming for home tour. Because it adds up to the rent extra 150 considering rent is expensive already. I highly regret coming to this place. You need to wait for packages forever and it kills a joy of receiving your package from amazon. Stay away from here at all cost. I know student's life is hard paying so much tuition already.

Hi -- I've rented at the Province for three years now. I'm a professional, not a college or graduate student. I've had a great experience here! The staff, like staff in all apartment complexes, must do their best with the resources at hand - but they do a good job here. I love my apartment and all the amenities, like the fitness center and study lab. If I need a new lightbulb or to get something fixed, the staff comes quickly. Building staff have also been helpful with bigger issues; over the summer, I had a possible flood at 10 PM ( the toilet wouldn't stop running) and called the Emergency Line. The onsite staff responded in less than half and hour to help me. Since I live alone, that was very reassuring. Special shout out to Andrea Burns and Rayna Clarey who always listen to my concerns and do their best to resolve them.
