Apex Apartments, rochester-ny

It’s a great place, with good people. The vibes at Apex are to be here for, the amenities such as the laundry and kitchen, makes day-to-day activities easier and you can always focus on your own studies. Additionally, it was great to study at the study rooms provided by Apex.

Have been a resident here since the beginning of this complex (4+ years), and had a memorable experience. The place had its ups and downs over the years, however, it's one of the best apartments in the area. The pricing has gone up over the years, which I am not a fan of, but still if you want a nice living space with a good and vibrant community, it's the place to be. I am glad to be a resident here, and made a lot of friends. I hope it helps.

Apex service is horrible. When you call the front desk, they have an answering AI system. Supposedly they are supposed to call you back, but it never happens. The first day moving the apartment was okay, except outside near the kitchen, there were piles of trash in the closet and everywhere else. We were worried about bugs. Since they moved in, the apartment has been clean.I gave it a 3 stars because it is hard to contact anyone by phone, especially if there is an emergency. The walls are very thin also. It is an okay apartment overall. The reason I gave it 3 stars instead of none was because they did a good job matching people. They do have some great amenities

APEX is honestly the perfect place to live. It’s so close to RIT and has tons of amazing amenities (I use the gym and study rooms daily, and they’re always super well-kept). And then there’s Sydneyyy (the leasing manager, i guess)…she is ALWAYS so sweet and helpful, somehow remembers everyone’s name and apartment number, and always has something kind to say🤍. She really makes living here better, and honestly, knowing she’s here was a big reason I decided to renew my lease

Apartments and everything that comes inside of it are falling apart. Shuttle is always late which is really unfortunate and made me late to my classes countless times. Staff is very friendly at least and they do the best they can. Prices are outrageous as well only live here if you absolutely have too.
