This place is highly unrecommended. I booked through Wimbledon School of English, but the information on their website is all lies. The place is costly and non-refundable. 1: The whole building is under construction: I hear the construction noises all day, and all the dirt enters the room, making it very difficult to concentrate and breathe. 2: The place is unsafe; strangers enter from the back doors. 3: The garden smells like cigarette 24 hours, and the people there are very loud. I hear their voices all the time. 4: The Laundry room is very dirty and has very poor ventilation. 5: They say there is a cinema room, but it is filled with cartoons and closed. 6:The lobby is very dirty and has very poor ventilation. 7:A group of Chinese people take place in the lobby; they stay all day and night talking loudly with no respect for other residents. 8: The room lights are terrible, like a hospital light. 9: The microwave is filthy; it smells awful and stays in the room for hours. 10: they leave the garbage at the entrance for two days, with all the bad smells and insects

Very indifferent on the overall experience at Kingston Plaza. The rooms are really nice, although heavily expensive. The building itself is also very well maintained. But there are some major issues that need sorting, mainly staffing hours. There is no one on reception past 4pm, and even then I hardly see anyone around during working hours. No night guard means weed smoking, music blaring etc into the early hours of the morning is common. Complaints almost always never get addressed too. Its a shame, with some improvements Kingston Plaza could be fantastic. But right now, just an overall decent accommodation.

I have lived at the Plaza since July now and have felt right at home. The facilities are very modern, and are always kept to a great standard! Oliver is amazing, very friendly and quick at attending to your needs. The common area is colourful and spacious, with these awesome little pods with charging pods so you can study in peace and air conditioning! This is the place to live when studying away from home. I am very pleased with my decision.

I stayed for my final year at University and was greeted by the nicest team of staff who were reliable and easy to talk to. The rooms are spacious and are just like the photos from the website. Downstairs, they have a pool table, clean garden and nice communal area. Overall, I had a great time staying here.

Moved here after halls of residence and it is amazing! Such an upgrade. Nice big rooms with everything you need in it. Would definitely recommend to students who want an easy place to stay without all the hassles of flat mates and separate bills. Great for international students who are here for a few years because the places are fully furnished and has laundry facilities downstairs. Love the friendly atmosphere and often work downstairs in the cozy lounge with friends. Plus Isaac the manager is A M A Z I N G! Always super friendly and goes the extra mile to help you out :)
