I also have to give this place a BAD rating. In summary: RUDE front desk, hairs and dust in the rooms from previous tenants, windows don't open for fresh air, weird booking procedure. They list themselves on Airbnb (which is also another issue, because there is very weird behaviour happening on the Airbnb App where the host cancelled my room booking 48 hours before check-in and then ghosted, and the reason they gave was that I did not have the 'right ID'. Even though it was the same ID that had been approved and verified through their identity check 3 months prior . . . But anyway, once I actually got my room booking sorted out, the customer service from the front desk was so poor. I honestly avoided talking to the main front desk staff member (Jessica). She comes across as so rude, stuck up, nonchalant and unwelcoming. I remember coming to the front desk to query why my bedroom window could not open to bring in some air (bear in mind were in August, so hot there were temperatures some days) and she basically said some rooms had opening windows and some didn't. When I asked why I wasn't given the option to choose a room with an opening window, she started talking to another student who came to the front desk and blatantly cut me off and dismissed me. Her colleague sitting next to her even noticed how rude she was and just apologised to me even though there nothing she could do in that moment. There was another time I came to front desk when I had first moved in, because there were hairs and dust in the drawers and wardrobe of my room (from the previous tenant) so of course I didn't want to be my clothes away in there. I asked Jess about it and she just handed me the vacuum cleaner to clean it myself, without showing any care. I hated asking Jessica questions or for help because she comes off as so unwelcoming. I would wait for the night staff to come,so I could ask for help. The night staff are lovely, and they are the only reason I am giving this review 2 stars instead of 1 star

This residence is one to avoid. Everything is fine until the day everything goes wrong. My daughter was assaulted and threatened with death in the residence. The receptionist took so long to intervene, despite my daughter's screams, that she suffered a head injury. She was forced to leave the premises immediately and find somewhere else to live. The residence management claims to be empathetic but refuses to compromise on the remaining rent given these exceptional circumstances. We are furious. As a parent, I do not recommend leaving your child in such a place.

The accommodation itself is nice enough, but the staff are a different story. I have had a horrible experience with flatmates and the staff have proved to be no help. I have been repeatedly stolen from in the kitchen and the staff have offered no help besides sending a general email to the residents. There has been no further action taken to try to fix this continuing issue of theft. I have attempted to fix this situation multiple times to just be brushed off by management because I could not prove who was stealing, while instead they should take action to prioritize the safety and comfort of the students renting with them. I and another flatmate have also been the only people to ever clean the kitchen or empty the bins, the others leaving the kitchen absolutely disgusting. The only support the staff offered was an additional inspection where if we failed, all flat residents would be held financially responsible for a paid cleaner to come in. This was an extremely unfair suggestion as afore mentioned flatmate and myself have been cleaning and should not be subject to paying EVEN MORE for the lack of hygiene that the others we live with clearly demonstrate. These are only some of the issues I have had living here. Do yourself a favor and do not book here because if you are in a bad flat situation like myself, the staff clearly do not care and will not help you and you will be stuck in a hostile situation until you move out.

This place is absolutely dreadful; many nights I've been unable to sleep. In the dead of night, Indians are constantly shouting and bawling, making it impossible to rest. They even belt out songs at three or four in the morning. I've recorded videos and lodged numerous complaints, but to no avail.
