I recently went for an apartment tour, and Ms. Krystal was incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience. She took the time to walk me through all of the different floor plans and patiently answered every question I had. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made the process feel comfortable and welcoming. I truly appreciate the time she spent with me and the effort she put into making sure I understood everything.

I recently scheduled a tour of 707 and Ms.Krystal is the best property manager. She is very understanding & loves to get to know each of her residents! You can really tell she cares and want us (college students) to have the best experience possible.

Ms. Krystal is phenomenal. She was so welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable that my college kids would be in good hands. She was very knowledgeable and transparent. Her energy is everything. Thank you so much Krystal.

Mrs Krystal help me alot with the moving process. She is very cool and honest she aint going to beat around the bush. She make it very easy for college students to move in and even let the people meet the roommates before you move in. Not like other apartments where they will just throw you in there with a random.

Ms. Krystal in the leasing office has been amazing throughout my experience so far. I’m currently looking to move in, and she has made the whole process feel so easy and stress-free. She’s super friendly, responsive, and takes the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell she really cares and wants to help people find the right place. It definitely made a great first impression of the property. I really appreciate all her help and am looking forward to hopefully living here!
