Thank you Robert for fixing my power outlet. This is the second time you act promptly to my maintenance request. I greatly appreciate your support, and thanks to the entire North Ruby team. You guys are doing an amazing job helping residents. This is a piece of advice to anyone struggling with accommodation in Spokane. Touch base with North Ruby apartments and you'll get a relief. I still live here and have been able to put my life together. Clean 4 bedrooms and shared common areas, with a gym, library, sky view area for relaxing and barbecue etc, snooker and large tv room all for $700-- it is simply a blessing. I'm not advertising for this business. I'm only sharing my experience and how this place made my life easy. You can benefit from it too. Much love ❤️

Just a horrible place. Can't vist a friend without getting harassed by members there and people living there. My friends roommates is always a creep and harassed us. The management plus staff won't even help out with being harassed by someone just told my friend to deal with it. Plus my friend car was broke in while is a parking spot in the building parking lot and couldn't help pull up camera to look who it was because no cameras are working. First time even going there to visit my friends fire alarms were going off all night. Not a place to live or even visit. Vary bad

I had the opportunity to view a room at 940 North Apartments, and the experience was very positive. Stephen was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions regarding the qualification process and requirements. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process clear and easy to understand. I truly appreciated his assistance

This place absolutely sucks, literally spend a bit more to live anywhere else. Can never get my packages properly delivered, management leaves massive stickers that are so difficult to get off on your window when you park in the future resident spot (AS A RESIDENT) for less than 5 mins when my spot was taken????? and the parking as a whole is absolutely terrible, tight, and limited. Unprofessional staff, not to mention the amount of nasty weird stains in the elevator. I could go on and on about how terrible this place is, especially with the packages. I have been unable to receive multiple things due to "incorrect address" or if they do come, residents steal packages. Do yourself a favor and live in any other apartment complex, forget how close or conveinent it may be to Gonzaga.

I spent my first year of my master's degree at Gonzaga University while living at 940, and it was probably one of the worst decisions I've ever made. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. In fact, I have several friends I warned against living at 940, and now they regret not listening to me and are planning to move elsewhere next year. There are so many things wrong with that company. They're very unprofessional and don't keep their word, which is fundamental. So all those offers they post and promote aren't as good and realistic as they make them out to be. I chose the place without ever having been there for several reasons: the photos of the leisure areas, gym, and rooms seemed comfortable. But I ended up only going to the apartments to sleep; I didn't spend any more time there because of how bad everything was. Also, if you have any problems, don't expect a quick response, like when the Wi-Fi kept going out and they told you to write to the company that managed it. If you're considering 940 as your accommodation during your studies at Gonzaga, I recommend choosing another place, even though it's not very close to campus. You'll save yourself a lot of trouble. The staff are the least professional I've ever spoken to. They promised me money for getting someone to renew their housing contract, and after months of constant emails promising they were working on it, one day they told me it wasn't going to happen after all. When you break your word, you lose credibility. Finally, 940, I don't want a response to this review, just as you didn't respond to my last email. Thank you.
