940 is convenient in that it's super close to Gonzaga, and downtown. I think the staff are nice and helpful and I've never had an issue with them. While the roomate matching was not 100% ideal, it was doeable for the year. I also think the units themselves are well-maintened and I'm glad they came furnished. Unfortunately, these positives don’t outweigh the ongoing issues I experienced while living here. My packages were stolen three times while living here. You could buy one of the parcel lockers for $20 but honestly I don't feel it should even be a thing when 940 advertises CCTV and key fob access only to their mail room. The walls are very thin, the parking situation is inconvenient and extremely expensive, and the amenities are underwhelming. The 24-hour fitness center has two treadmills, and some weights. I'm not sure why 940 is adertised a "luxurious" when it is simply just student housing. Overall, while the location is convenient, for what I'm paying, the quality of living did not meet my expectations, and I am choosing to not live here again.

I spent my first year of my master's degree at Gonzaga University while living at 940, and it was probably one of the worst decisions I've ever made. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. In fact, I have several friends I warned against living at 940, and now they regret not listening to me and are planning to move elsewhere next year. There are so many things wrong with that company. They're very unprofessional and don't keep their word, which is fundamental. So all those offers they post and promote aren't as good and realistic as they make them out to be. I chose the place without ever having been there for several reasons: the photos of the leisure areas, gym, and rooms seemed comfortable. But I ended up only going to the apartments to sleep; I didn't spend any more time there because of how bad everything was. Also, if you have any problems, don't expect a quick response, like when the Wi-Fi kept going out and they told you to write to the company that managed it. If you're considering 940 as your accommodation during your studies at Gonzaga, I recommend choosing another place, even though it's not very close to campus. You'll save yourself a lot of trouble. The staff are the least professional I've ever spoken to. They promised me money for getting someone to renew their housing contract, and after months of constant emails promising they were working on it, one day they told me it wasn't going to happen after all. When you break your word, you lose credibility. Finally, 940, I don't want a response to this review, just as you didn't respond to my last email. Thank you.

I’ve moved into here September of last year, since then it has been the most convenient in terms of location and the most optimal for all of the things that it includes and how well the property management have been with everything. I want to give a thank you to Stephen of the management team for operating in a outstanding way to help resolve issues. I had two problems that he helped address and resolve where he himself helped take part of the scenario when he didn’t have to, one of which he took his own time to help with after hours that I had to keep up with until it was finally resolved with maintenance a few days later, in which he and the team gave a holiday gift in gratitude of. He has showed fantastic diligence and makes 940 a great place to rent.

I had the opportunity to view a room at 940 North Apartments, and the experience was very positive. Stephen was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions regarding the qualification process and requirements. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process clear and easy to understand. I truly appreciated his assistance

This place absolutely sucks, literally spend a bit more to live anywhere else. Can never get my packages properly delivered, management leaves massive stickers that are so difficult to get off on your window when you park in the future resident spot (AS A RESIDENT) for less than 5 mins when my spot was taken????? and the parking as a whole is absolutely terrible, tight, and limited. Unprofessional staff, not to mention the amount of nasty weird stains in the elevator. I could go on and on about how terrible this place is, especially with the packages. I have been unable to receive multiple things due to "incorrect address" or if they do come, residents steal packages. Do yourself a favor and live in any other apartment complex, forget how close or conveinent it may be to Gonzaga.
