If you are an international student looking to move into the dorm, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! and get a share-house near the school instead. This place is filled with unhelpful administrative staff, one lady who is the assistance to the chaos coordinator is rude and is simply mad for doing her job. 1250 dollars rent is not worth it, fire alarms goes off like 4 times in a month and 3/4 times was a false alarm. Please, do not consider this dorm at all. On the side note, RAs are pretty nice and helpful unlike the administrative staff.

This place is nice with friendly neighbors and folks that work here to make sure our experience is pleasant. My only gripe is with the residential portal when it comes to payment. I tried to get my money back on my account, so that I can spend on other important stuff like bus card to be fully prepared on Shoreline Community College. But I was informed that their accountant is trying to set everything right, especially with my refund as smooth as the butter, so I hope things will get through early in the end. As for writing this, my experience is so far positive!

I applied online for a single studio months before winter quarter was starting. I wanted to get the jump on housing. It turns out, they didn't have any studios available at all and put me in a 4 person room for the exact same price as a studio. I called 3 times before some lady picked up and said she'd call back later. The management is atrocious. They required email pictures of my ID, but when I sent the pictures i got a message saying my emails were blocked. I hate this place more than words can express and I haven't even gotten a look at it. The management also never responded to any of my many emails. Edit: upon receiving a response from 7000, I am now more sure than ever that the institution is broken and petty. If you do not have any available rooms of a specific type, communicate that on the application website. Put it in big bold letters "WE DONT HAVE THIS TYPE OF ROOM". I was wary when applying, and I made sure to check the website multiple times to see if it would update to tell me that they didn't have any available studios. On the topic of emails, apparently you are so busy that you haven't responded to ANYTHING I've sent!! The only way I got in contact with anyone at your profane building was by calling, may I add, THREE! TIMES!

Very expensive and unhelpful staff. This is my first time studying abroad, my mom and I didn't know much about housing setups. Our agent suggested starting on-campus to get a feel for things before finding another housing option. Right off the bat, applying was a mess. They needed my mom's email for co-signing, but somehow, she never got their messages. It caused delays and confusion. There are so many fees. Even the application fee is expensive. I originally booked a private room, but because of their email slip-up, I had to wait forever for a response. By the time I heard back, surprise! My dream room was gone, so I ended up in a shared one. I didn't change rooms again because from that point, I decided I will move out as soon as my contract ended (6-month contract). The staff that are working in the office, most of the time weren't so friendly. They are also unhelpful in answering questions. They answer with short answers. Even though you're clearly confused, they will give you short answers, and you have to be the one to ask them a lot of questions, which somehow make them cranky. Oh, and nearing the end of my contract, they had some water issues. Residents went without hot water for days, and there were even times when the water wouldn't come out at all. Overall, I don't recommend anyone to live here. Try to find nearby apartments or houseshares. Houseshares are usually cheaper and come with perks like paper towels, free laundry, and maybe even rice (if you're in an Asian share!)

Good, very nice water even from the tap taste good, recommend bringing a water filter though anyways. Only problem I’ve had was some slight vandalism in my room in sharpie on the bedframe but it’s not very noticeable
