Actually run the other way this place is horrid. Between the awful management, constant noise and mess, don’t forgot the mold! I can’t wait to get out of here. My bedroom window was broken for a month not by me yet me and my roommates were forced to pay over a grand for it after constant complaints to management. The smell is terrible too and don’t get me started on the flies. Yes it’s convenient being close to campus, but definitely consider looking elsewhere!

Got a new place with a washer and dryer. Washer worked but dryer did not. Put in a request for the dryer to be fixed but they told me that the past tenets supplied the house with them so it is not their issue. Weeks later while I was not present in the home they stole both my WORKING WASHING MACHINE and broken dryer. When complained about they brushed it off and said I can get a new one for free. Me and all my future roommates are extremely unhappy because of this and we received zero compensations for it. Don’t recommend living with ST George he does not seem to help his tenets out, but actually make living harder for them.

I have had a really great experience at beach city so far it is my first year and I really like all my roommates. Chris the property manager has been really great and he’s really good at engaging with the tenants and fitting all their needs as fast as he can. Every maintenance request I have put in it is been dealt with almost within a week, which is fairly fast in my opinion overall has been a great experience. Also really close to the school. I haven’t really needed to drive anywhere.

Run down, noisy at all hours of the night, dilapidated furniture, broken blinds. We had problems with malfunctioning heater, dishwasher, faucets. Everything takes weeks or months to get fixed, if ever. Grounds have trashed bikes, garbage, cinderblocks. Little landscaping. WiFi frequently down. Apartment was not even clean when we moved in. Maybe close to campus, but very overpriced and awful.

Dirty when you move in + the residents are extremely loud at night. Music blasting till 3AM. Do not come if you are academic or care about your future.
