The View on the Square, san-marcos-tx

I would not recommend living here. The bathroom vents were covered in mold, which is a serious health and maintenance issue that should never be ignored. It was obvious the vents hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in a long time. The mold made the bathroom smell musty and raised concerns about the air quality in the apartment. I expected management to take the problem seriously, but the experience was disappointing. If you’re considering moving here, be sure to inspect the bathroom ventilation carefully before signing a lease.

love it here i feel like this definitely is a place you pay for what you get and what you get is great !! I love all the events the staff has it’s really makes the complex feel like home and that it’s pet friendly, having my cat here really helps my stress. i’m in a 5 bedroom premium and I LOVE the lofted ceilings.

As a current resident here who just moved in not too long ago, I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The leasing process was incredibly smooth thanks to Maya in the front office, who went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. My unit was spotless upon move-in, featuring beautiful modern finishes and tons of natural light. If you are looking for a luxury living experience with a management team that truly cares, look no further! Highly recommend!

10/10 place to be living at. I’m visiting my family on this side of town and I cannot explain how in love I am with this place !! Not only did the front office lady , Maya, help me with all my questions about SM, she was incredibly helpful and kind! She gave us the best tips and tricks for our best stay in San Marcus !
