Had a really good experience here, and Lily was a big part of that. She was friendly, professional, and super easy to work with. She answered all my questions and made everything feel simple and straightforward. You can tell she actually cares about helping people and knows the property well. The townhomes themselves are really nice and well-kept, but Lily definitely made the experience better. Would recommend checking this place out, and if you do, ask for Lily — she’ll take care of you.

Lianna was amazing. She was knowledgeable on all the questions I had. She’s a current TXST student and had so much info on the area and campus. Great location if you want to save money and be close to campus.

The townhomes are beautiful! It really gives that luxury living feel while still being so close to campus. I love the location too! Maintenance is amazing and so is the office staff! Diego and Erin are truly so great at what they do. Highly recommend!

Lianna did a great job helping us feel comfortable with the new apartment for our son. She was extremely knowledgeable and cares about her customers.

Happened to be on my to class and stopped at the booth at LBJ marketplace. Lianna was very helpful with all of my questions and made me feel comfortable the entire time. So excited to sign my lease!!
