The Timbers, san-marcos-tx

The Timbers is a great location, especially as a student at TXST. It’s a short walk to the bus stop, Sewell Park, and a bunch of restaurants. The staff here are very nice, and there’s always fun community events going on. My studio is a great size for me, and I love the big walk-in closet. The built in desk and bookshelves are also very nice. Everyone I’ve met here has been great, and I recommend it to people looking for an apartment in San Marcos.

the timbers townhomes are absolutely gorgeous! You have that modern living feel and are so close to campus. It's a win win! Maintenance is amazing and so is office staff! Huge shoutout to the managers Diego and Erin for all they do to make this property such a great place to live. You both rock!

I took a tour with the Timbers and had Lianna as my leasing consultant. She was amazing at explaining all the details about each apartment and even wrote down prices for specific things such as utilities so that I won’t forget!! She made the experience overall very enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend Lianna to anyone looking to tour the Timbers!

I absolutely love living here! Any maintenance request or issue I have had is handled professionally and quickly by the office staff and maintenance team. It is a quiet and peaceful apartment complex right by campus that is walking distance to class, Sewell, football games, the Square, and lots of restaurants and shops. This is the perfect apartment with cozy vibes. I will absolutely be resigning as long as I can!
