The Ranch Student Apartments, san-marcos-tx

The Ranch is an amazing place to live! I've been so happy here, and a huge part of that is thanks to Addie, the leasing agent. She's truly the best – always helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. The complex itself is great, with a wonderful atmosphere, but Addie really makes the experience exceptional. Highly recommend!

I recently toured The Ranch at San Marcos and had a really great experience. Faith, one of the leasing consultants, made the entire process feel welcoming from the start. She gave such a detailed tour and took time to explain everything clearly instead of rushing through it. I left feeling like I actually understood the community, floorplans, and what living there would look like. The property itself was really nice, and hearing about the upcoming renovations made me even more excited to see everything come together. Being on the TXST shuttle route is also a huge plus and makes getting to campus feel super convenient. Overall, such a positive experience and definitely worth checking out!

Honestly nice place and super spacious! (For a 1 bedroom). There are some small things that i've had trouble with (such as small cracks in the sink, ac issues) but they have been quick to resolve any concerns. It was also pretty clean when I moved in. This may be a random comment, but i'm a huge fan of the couches lol. They're very comfy and I love the look compared to hard, sad looking grey couches most other apartments have. They also have natural warm lighting for bedroom mans bathroom! And built in shelves! Amenities are great too. I've had my ups and downs with the complex but overall they have been understanding! Definitely better than other places around here. If you love nature and quiet (sometimes), this is definitely the place for you. I can't remember staff names, but they've all been super nice.

Stopped by The Ranch at San Marcos to tour and honestly left impressed. Faith was awesome—super easy to talk to, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable asking questions. The community already seems nice, but I’m especially excited to see the upcoming renovations.

Camille and Diego were absolutely terrific during the renewing process! We were given the best possible rate. Anytime I called for questions and clarifications, they were happy to help. Second year living at the ranch, and I am excited for the experience. Special shout-out to Diego.
