The Lodge Apartments, san-marcos-tx

Amazing Complex! Mya gave our family a tour of the apartments( she was so professional & helpful) Absolutely spotless facilities, pool, amenities are perfect. The price for a college student cannot be beat. Located so close to school with a bus stop to Texas State in front of the Apartments. We toured 5 other places and could not compare them to this complex. Highly Recommend these to anyone looking for college.

I had an amazing experience touring The Lodge at San Marcos! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had great amenities. The apartments were spacious, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable. A huge thank you to Mya for giving us the tour. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. She made the entire experience enjoyable and made us feel confident about choosing If you're looking for an apartment in San Marcos, I definitely recommend checking out The Lodge at San Marcos and asking for Mya.

We toured with Camryn and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every question thoroughly and she also answered questions I had yet to ask. She was so helpful and she made us feel as if we were absolutely making the right decision. It is because of her that our excitement levels have risen and we are more than happy to stay at the Lodge. If you come in to tour make sure you ask for her!!

Great place to live! The staff has been friendly, responsive, and easy to work with throughout my time here. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is well maintained. The amenities are a nice bonus, and the location is convenient. Overall, it's been a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for student housing.

Reviews look good until you read through them and get a better picture. Seems they do a great walkthrough to get you in the door but then drop the ball. Price increases hoping young adults needing living arrangements while going to school won’t read thoroughly and catch it. Lack of customer service or just good public relations. Less than ideal maintenance help. We’re committed for a year but very disappointed in our experience thus far.
