I’ve had a really great experience here. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. I also loveee the pool :) From the amenities to the overall environment, it’s easy to see why so many people love living here, Another reason my experience has been so positive is bc of Leslie. She’s a leasing consultant and she’s upbeat, enthusiastic, and genuinely excited to help. Every interaction with her has been pleasant, and she’s always been available to answer my questions and walk me through everything. She made the entire process feel easy and stress-free, and you can tell she truly cares about the people she works with. I came in expecting great service, but I ended up making a friend. Leslie is the kind of person who makes you feel valued, not just like another resident. If you’re looking into this community, definitely ask for her you’ll be in great hands! Y’all did your big one!

I’ve lived here for over a year, and I have to say the new management team has been amazing. They truly take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their residents. Today, I had an issue with my A/C, and it was resolved quickly. A special thank you to Jermaine for coming out and getting it fixed. With this Texas heat, I don’t know how I would’ve made it without air conditioning! Your professionalism, prompt response, and dedication did not go unnoticed. Thank you to the entire management team for your hard work and excellent customer service. It makes a huge difference, and it’s greatly appreciated!

I stopped by to get a feel for the community, and I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. Elfarouq Omar greeted me with top tier hospitality and took the time to answer all of my questions about the property. His warm demeanor and willingness to help made me feel like this could be a great fit. I really appreciate management and staff who value their residents and prospective residents. ive lived here since 2023, and its been really nice seeing the changes happening! the front office admin asfr super awesome as well ive always been helped by elijah! whether it be maintenance of packages, hes always been super patient and understanding.

Love the energy at The Ave! The staff is always friendly, especially Leslie—she’s always so helpful whenever I stop by the office. Highly recommend touring here if you're looking for a spot in San Marcos.
